The heating in the room was bizarre. Had to turn on AC to get room to a decent temp. But the heat stayed on even with the AC on. It was awful. Felt like we were being dry roasted while sleeping. And, hotel charges a $25. dollar a night destination fee. But you can use it as a credit for food and drink. But if you don’t use it you lose it each night. This property has seriously gone down hills. I will not return.

The fees that Expedia and the hotel keep from you when booking through Expedia are terrible. I was charged twice for my room. I paid ahead of time through Expedia and was charged again when I checked out. I didn’t catch it because the charge was similar to the incidentals charge and I assumed that’s what it was. I only found out that I was double charged when I called back today asking why the fee didn’t exactly match the incidentals charge I was quoted on check in. So what I thought was going to be about a $250 room… ended up causing almost $700 to be charged to my card. $250 for the room plus the pet fee $25 “destination fee” - include this in the amount you charge for the room and don’t tell your guests upon check in $40 “extra person” charge- $20 for each of my children, which I have never heard of in my life $150 for the room again $200 incidentals Will never go to this hotel or book through Expedia again.

Convenient hotel in Seaport area
Really nice hotel across from the BCEC (was attending a meeting). Hotel front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Lounge staff was super friendly and nice. Would have liked to have more meal choices, like a burger, at the bar. Also a recycle bin in the rooms. Valet parking was good but really pricey! Would have been cheaper to park at a self park around the corner.

The hotel was clean and the room was cared for. Elevator and hallways were clean. The hotel is okay nothing too spectacular. It's not near anything so it's a 20-minute walk down to the main action of the seaport. Valet parking is overpriced at $54 however if you use an app like spothero you can find parking within 5 minutes of hotel that's $25. They charge a destination fee at the hotel and then tell you that you can get "free" food and beverage up to the amount of the fee. The stupid thing is you have to use it on your first night there so if you are hoping to use for breakfast you're out of luck and you have to pay the high fee for breakfast.

Our young receptionist Svetlana was a delight to deal with both at check in and check out. There were a few issues with some raucous college students and the Hotel manager handled it superbly! Highly recommended
