Nice option for an early Logan flight

One of the best options for an affordable and comfortable stay near enough to Logan Airport (5 minute drive). Polite staff, reliable shuttle, affordable long term parking on-site (I accessed the parking through Way). Would like to see recycle bins in the rooms, but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Convenient and Affordable Stay Near Boston

I traveled to Boston for a February weekend family/leisure trip and stayed at this hotel. Upon arrival, I called the hotel as directed to request a complimentary shuttle, and the receptionist provided clear instructions to help me find the pickup location. When I arrived, I was offered the opportunity to check in a few minutes early. My room was clean, and my two-night stay was quiet, with only occasional noise from the nearby road. The complimentary hot and cold breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the reasonably priced dinner service, available daily from 5 to 10 p.m., was a convenient option given the cold weather. I had no issues requesting rideshares and was able to schedule a 3:30 a.m. shuttle with plenty of time to reach the airport for my early flight home. Overall, I have no complaints—this is a great choice for an affordable off-peak stay near the airport, yet close to Boston-area cities.

They could not locate my second room. We did finally get a room that prepaid for months ago. When we checked out this morning and returned room keys, I requested a receipt. They could not print one for the second room as they said no one had stayed in it. I paid for the room, money was taken from my CC and I left without a receipt for Room 324. No happy at all and also disappointed that you pay for the room and then have to pay $20 to park your car.

the only bad thing was the pool being closed.. we booked at this location due to the fact that it had a pool & eveeeen showed a hot tub!! So that was a bummer! & the parking cost.. not the hotels fault!! As I learned to expect the cost checking their website before we left. - when I booked I was under the impression parking was included, so that’s the booking companies fault, but as someone coming from a place out of state that’s all free, parking fees a bummer. & the gate to get out doesn’t work, you have to hit the ‘help’ button for someone to do it manually when they are alerted.. other than that it was quiet, clean, close to TD garden, the people were good & the breakfast wasn’t bad for hotel breakfast lol. I’d go back again if the pool was working!

Wasn't happy with the meal we got at your restaurant--definitely wasn't worth the price. Inaccurate advertising. We chose this hotel because your website information showed that you provided transportation to the train. You didn't indicate that the train was not at the north station.

The hotel itself was fine, however I had no idea that they kept part of the security deposit as a parking fee. I was really caught off guard to see I only got $120 of the $200 deposit back, because they kept $80 for parking, which I think is pretty ridiculous and they should've told me that when I paid the deposit so I at least wouldn't be blindsided when I checked my bank account. That was the only issue I had though.

This hotel wasnt up to Hampton Inn standards. Place was a bit run down. Pretty sure there were homeless people staying there on some type of voucher. The restaurant food was awful. Frozen burger patties, chicken tenders and fries, tasted terrible. Wont stay there again.
