Viehättävä jokimainen mökki kauniissa puutarhoissa lähellä Langrickia, Boston.

Kaunis joenrantamökki on vain pohjoiseen Langrickin kylästä, kahdeksan mailin päässä vanhasta Bostonin kaupunkikaupungista. Se lepää huolellisesti hoidetuissa puutarhoissa aivan rauhallisen Witham-joen vieressä matkalla upeaan Lincolnin kaupunkiin Bostoniin. Vain kahdelle vieraalle jaettavaksi valmistettu Witham Cottage on mökin omistajien käyttämä klassisen Georgian maalaistalon omavarainen liite.

Tarvikkeita varten lähin suuri supermarket on Tesco Bostonissa. Ruokakaupat voidaan järjestää ASDA: n, Islannin, Morrisonin, Ocadon, Sainsburyn tai Tescon kanssa.

Olet vakuuttunut siitä, että Kathy ja Alan ovat toivottaneet lämpimästi tervetulleiksi neuvoja paikallisesta alueesta. Itsepalvelumökin sisätilat heijastavat maaseudun elämäntapaa ja on kauniisti varustettu loman aikana. Pastelli sisustus, massiivitammea kalusteet ja puulattiat luovat heti laadukkaan ilmapiirin. Varustetussa keittiössä on astianpesukone ja kaikki kattilat ja pannut, ruokailuvälineet ja astiat, joita tarvitaan kaiken luomiseen nopeasta aamiaisesta herkulliselle illalliselle päivän jälkeen, kun tutustumme kauniiseen maakuntaamme.

Olohuoneessa on mukavat nojatuolit, joihin uppoaa, sähköinen puupoltin upeaan iltahehkuun ja suuri taulutelevisio. Tarjolla on ilmainen rajoittamaton WiFi.

Kauniisti sisustetussa kahden hengen huoneessa on kaksoisikkunat, joista on näkymät puutarhaan, ja siinä on kiinteät huonekalut, laadukkaat vuodevaatteet ja kattokruunu. Makuuhuoneen ulkopuolella on kuohuviini uusi suihkuhuone, täydellinen paikka aloittaa ja lopettaa joka päivä.

Ympäröivä Witham-mökki on kaksi hehtaarin suuruinen puutarha, jonka asiakkaat ovat tervetulleita tekemään omat. Nauti kävelystä, tutkia kasvinäytteitä ja istua rauhallisesti hyvän kirjan kanssa. Joen rannalla on niin hiljaista, joskus satunnainen matkustajaristeilijä harhailee toisinaan. Joenranta on täydellinen paikka nauttia kahvia ensin aamulla tai ehkä lasillista viiniä illalla katsomassa loistavia auringonlaskuja.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bubblecar Museum. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Relaxing Stay
The accommodation and location are 5-star. The hosts, Kathy and Alan, are unique and very helpful. We have stayed at this location several times in recent years and cannot fault anything. It's very much a home-from-home when we travel there—highly recommended.

Best we have ever found
Witham Cottage is a lovely small cottage with small windows and a super stable door. It is immaculate and very comfy. It is surrounded by the most well kept country gardens I have ever seen. There are several sitting out areas with tables and chairs complete with large bronze deer and all illuminated at night. Kathy and Alan the owners are lovely. This is the best cottage and garden we have ever stayed in. Thank you

Very quiet and restful location
Lovely small property for 2 people. An oasis in the midst of the Lincolnshire countryside which, it has to be said, is quite featureless. (To be fair, we went late October. On a summer's day it would be much nicer.) Could well revisit to see more of the area. Plenty of places of interest within a half-hour's drive.

Lovely relaxing break
Perfect place to relax, location was beautiful. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Kathy and Al were really friendly and welcoming, they gave me some of their apples and I made the best apple crumbles I've ever had. Ernie the dog was a bonus, loved every minute and look forward to going back again.

Country escape
The location was perfect for us. The hosts were so friendly and made us feel at ease straight away. We had everything we needed in the cottage. The garden and the grounds were lovely, well laid out and kept immaculate. We felt secure as the property was well away from the main roads. The view of the river was reached by a few short steps up the riverbank. At the riverside was a table and chairs and a two seater covered swing seat. So beautiful and relaxing, ideal for picnicking and drinks or just taking in the view.

Second visit and every bit as good as the first!
This is the second time we have stayed at Witham Cottage and we simply couldn't wait to return! Everything about it is beautiful, the cottage and the gardens, it is pristene! There is everything you could possibly want in the cottage and it is absolutely spotless! It is such a relaxing and tranquil place to stay, it is so lovely to step out into wonderful gardens with ample places to sit and enjoy the sights, scents and sounds. There is a swing chair by the river for ultimate relaxation. The hosts are brilliant, lovely people. We were so sad to leave and we miss our chats with Al whilst watching Ernie the little dog run around enjoying himself. Can't wait to return again! Thanks Kath, Al and little Ernie xx

Lovely, quiet little haven, away from it all
Lovely clean, charming little cottage by the river. Beautiful gardens. Fully fitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Slept well in the comfortable bed. Perfect if you like to be away and have rest and relaxation. Alan was a friendly host and we loved little Ernie the dog who came to say hello every day. Great location for Frampton Marsh and Gibraltar point for walking and bird watching, but not so good if you want to walk to a pub. We loved sitting by the river with a glass or two of wine and the only thing we could hear was the birds!

Great Staycation
We had a great time staying at Witham Cottage and must thank Alan, Kathy and of course Ernie for being such great hosts. We chose Lincolnshire for our Staycation in these unusual times as it was a county we hadn't visited before. Witham Cottage has a great location in beautiful grounds and the river is a bonus. A lovely quiet place to sit and watch the world go by with a glass of something chilled! You may spot a buzzard, or indeed the planes flying from RAF Coningsby. The cottage itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed, and having Alan and Kathy on site meant we could ask them anything at pretty much anytime. We found plenty to keep us occupied. National Trust properties, nature reserves, the beach, and Lincoln itself, all worth a visit. We would wholeheartedly recommend Witham Cottage, and it even has super fast broadband now!! Thanks also Alan for the bee lights which will be finding a space in our own garden this weekend!
