Explore amazing nearby hikes and go on some of Colorado’s trails. This beautiful mountain home with keyless entry is the perfect place to stay safe, enjoy the outdoors, and have a clean and comfortable place to be with family.

This surprisingly spacious and modern home is the perfect base for fun.

Nearby bike paths and bus stops provide easy access to Chautauqua trails and downtown. Even closer to groceries, restaurants, parks, pools, and an ultra-friendly neighborhood.

Three bedrooms, the master has a king bed, and the two others have queen beds. Nightstands and lamps in all three bedrooms. The master has a closet as well. The house is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. Blankets, linens, towels, fresh sheets. Beautiful kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials to prep and cook meals for the entire group. There is a washer/dryer in the house and a smart TV.

The backyard has a covered patio and some outdoor furniture. The yard is also fenced in.

Our neighborhood is extremely quiet, and even more so at night. Great Home in ideal Boulder Location! Experience all that Boulder has to offer within walking/biking distance or grab the nearby bus which takes you to Pearl St. or Denver for less than a cup of coffee!

Only a 5-10 drive to huge park, lake, south boulder rec-center and a disc golf course. 10 minute drive in the other direction takes you to loads of hiking trails in the mountains. If you like to hike this is a great home base for you!

5 minute drive to grocery store and our local shopping mall, 10 minute drive to downtown Boulder, 30 minutes to downtown Denver, 35 minutes to DIA

Remote workers can setup on the dining room table, there is no office or anything. The dedicated workspace is the dining room table.
