4 makuuhuoneen kaupunkitalo kauniissa merenrantakaupungissa Fileyssä. 5 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle, 2 minuutin kävelymatka kaupungin keskustaan. Täysi remontointi prosessissa, valmis helmikuussa.
Pohjakerroksen upouusi iso keittiö ruokasali liesi. Ruokailutila 8: lle älytelevisiolla. Alemman kerroksen olohuone, TV ja tietokonekonsolit. 2 x king size-makuuhuonetta. 1 x parivuode. 1 x kahden hengen huone. Kaikissa huoneissa on TV. Ei ulkotilaa. 1 x kylpyhuone kylpyammeella. 1 x suihkuhuone.

Talo on lähellä kaikkia mukavuuksia, kaupungin keskustaa ja rantaa. Filey beach on sijoitettu kuuden parhaan uimarannan joukkoon, jotka ovat upeita lapsille, ja se oli Ison-Britannian ainoa ranta, joka pääsi siihen luetteloon.

Filey on täydellinen paikka niille, jotka nauttivat lempeämästä elämäntahdosta - vähän kauempana kappaleesta, ja mitä parempaa sille!

Family get together
Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it

Very well equipped house, suitable for all ages. The house is near great beaches and Filey is one of the cleanest and most well cared for seaside resorts that you could visit. The property owners were helpful throughout the booking and we were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine. Coastal walking is also recommended.

Had lots of space the kids loved the 4 floors we had everything we needed it was comfy and the owner was super helpful when we unfortunately lost a key. They didn't make us feel bad even though we did.Would recommend for big families. We had a very nice sunday lunch around the big table it was special. Thanks again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the property. It was spotlessly clean and really felt like a home from home for us and we would definitely stay here again. The only downside was when it rained heavily there was water into the downstairs lounge area but we informed the owner who dealt with it and kept us informed as to what to do with it

This was a beautiful house, very well equipped. Short walk to the beach (bit longer with toddlers). Obviously being on 3 floors there were a lot of stairs but these kept off the calories from all the fish and chips.

Lovely house in a convenient location
This house was great for 4 friends to enjoy a weekend away. There was lots of room with everything you might need. The location is convenient with just a short walk to the beach. There are also a lot of amenities in short walking distance. Lauren and Damien were great hosts and very helpful.

We’ve just had 5 days through the softcover break and loved it. The house was lovely and clean with everything we needed under one roof. Location was perfect for both Filey and the surrounding area. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful week in Filey
Lovely property, well positioned in Filey. No outside space but that’s to be expected in Filey as most terrace house only have small yard anyway. Was concerned that the downstairs snug would be dark as it’s in the ‘cellar’ but there is a window so it was lovely and snug. Kitchen was well kitted out. Good layout throughout the house. Had a lovely week and would go back and stay in the house again. Thanks

Really enjoyed our stay. The house lacked nothing that we needed . The beds were very comfy and there were TV's in all the bedrooms. Although the weather wasn't altogether what we would have wanted the house had cards and games we could enjoy. Overall we had a really goood stay.

We had such a lovely weekend. The accommodation had everything we could have needed plus lots more. It was beautifully done out and very clean, a real bargain for the price. The location was only a few mins walk from all the shops and beach. Would definitely stay again :)

The house is really handy for the town and the seafront. There's a supermarket about 5 minutes' walk from the property and the centre has lots of shops and eateries. The house was comfortable, clean and tidy. There are lots of extras and the owners seem to have thought about most of the things that travellers need. An enjoyable stay.

The property suited all of our needs. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and coastal walks. Town and a supermarket all in walking distance. The property had all the appliances needed plus extras such as a washing machine, dryer and hair straighteners....Also games for the children, they loved the snug with its games and smart tv, always a winner for teenagers!!!!! There was also wine and biscuits waiting on our arrival.... The communication with the owner was brilliant he answered my texts promptly... We would definitely stay again. The only minor thing I would comment on is that there is no outside space, this is made clear on booking. This was not an issue for the time of year we stayed, however if we went in summer it would be nice to have an outdoor space to eat and relax... Thank you to Damien and Lauren Sarah and family
