Ski In & Ski Out - Boyneland Lift

This condo is located at the base of the Boyneland lift and a short walk (or ski) to all Boyne Mountain has to offer. The property is ski in and ski out. Fully remodeled this condo has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. A bunk room with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeping spaces), and a loft with two single beds. Additionally, there is a game room and ski room with 10 ski cubbies - a perfect place to keep all of your gear. The living room and kitchen are open concept with a cozy fireplace. The first bedroom has a washer and dryer and the second bedroom a fireplace and pull out sofa (to sleep 2).

The resort at Boyne Mountain is just a short walk. There you will find the waterpark, shops, restaurants, and spa services. Boyne is a great destination for any season - you might visit Skybridge at Boyne or golf one of Boyne's fantastic golf courses. You can also find disc golf, mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, and other fun family oriented activities.

Deer Lake is about a 1/2 mile and offers a beach and some water sports (canoeing, swimming, and sunfish rentals). You can be at the shores of Lake Charlevoix or the town of Boyne City in less than 10 minutes. Petoskey and Charlevoix are each 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

Awesome experience
The condo was perfect for our two families of 8 people. Master bedrooms and living room were very spacious and comfortable. Our “kids” were comfortable in the bunk room. Plenty of bathrooms for all. Great location to the lifts, restaurants, and shops.The only small issue was dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and some utensil drawers need some cleaning, but no big deal. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

very nice condo, wonderful location. had a minor problem gaining access to the condo, did not receive the code from VERBO. Sarah was able to get us the code. Condo was clean except the bathroom drawer had a used female item in it. We would stay here again. Great location, walking distance to everything Boyne has to offer!

The Cousins
We have two sons and they each have three children. One son lives in Boston, and the other son lives in Kalamazoo. The cousins get to see each other two or three times a year. The Highlight of each year, or so they tell us, is an annual trip to Boyne resort and the Avalanche waterpark. Accommodations are great—especially for a family with children in this age group. they especially enjoyed the room with the two bunkbeds built-in….lots of room for everyone! We also appreciated that everything was within walking distance. I would really recommend these accommodations

great place, amazing host!
The home is clean and much nicer in real life- the pics didn't do it justice! The best part of this stay was the host. She was nice and replied to our questions very quickly. We asked for a late checkout so we didn't have to wake up our baby in the middle of her nap, and she accommodated us very well. That was very appreciated. Would recommend this home to anyone visiting Boyne

The size of rooms were perfect for the number of family members needing space. The second floor condo was not a deterrent after long days adventuring around Boyne and encouraged relaxing in the respective space! With young family members, the Arcade room was a bonus! Loved the room to store all of the boots and gear! We will highly consider this unit again for that alone. Additionally the rooms were spacious and loved the close proximity to Boyneland. Was great for our littles taking lessons and for the grandparents who walked out to watch!

Great communication with us. The location was great for skiing and with littles. Our 18 month old was skiing and it was a minute walk to the magic carpet. We loved the location to walk to Avalanche Bay and to all other amenities. We had pizza from Trophy room. Kitchen had basic supplies. We cooked dinner and I brought my own cupcake baking sheet to celebrate birthdays. Ice cream from Moomoos was delicious. Laundry in unit was very nice. We brought our own laundry soap and washed towels. Rooms were nice and the kids enjoyed the upstairs playroom. You do have to walk through the upstairs loft to get to it. And the bunk room had curtain doors. We loved the location compared to staying at Disciples! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location and Amenities for skiing with kids.
We had a wonderful stay at this listing. I have previously stayed at other Condos within the same location that surprisingly weren’t very ski oriented being located at the base of a ski hill. This listing was very ski focused. They actually had a ski room with a padded floor and wall mounts for hanging your ski gear. The other benefit of it being an upstairs unit was the vaulted ceilings that made it feel very spacious compared to the down stairs units. You just have to be comfortable using the stairwell with ski boots which all of my group is experienced with. The only other quirk that affects all of the units in this condo group is the parking is a bit of a free for all. If you are planning on staying in any of these condos, please adhere to the two car per condo limit and use the tennis court overflow parking across the street for extra cars. Our host Sarah had this clearly written in the check in instructions but I don’t think other listings explain that well enough or people just disregard it and complicate parking for everyone else. Aside from those things that are out of the hosts control. I would highly recommend this location for anyone that plans on skiing. It also had a game room loft bedroom that my nieces really enjoyed being able to have their own space. Thank you Sarah for providing a great location for our ski weekend!

Wonderful ski getaway
We loved this condo! It was the perfect location right next to the chairlifts. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved that both bedrooms had their own attached bathrooms and the ski room to keep all of our gear and skis was amazing. The condo had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable and fun trip. Thank you for sharing this great spot with us!
