Not the best experience!

The hotel was nice but not the best experience! The heating was not working so they bought us a portable heater, we ordered room service 2 hours in advance and it didn’t turn up, when we chased it they had forgotten about it. Checked out early but still got charged for late check out, just a catalogue of errors!! Won’t stay again

I loved that the Village Hotel has many convenient high- quality amenities, including a fully-equipped gym, pub, pool, sauna, workspace, in addition to a comfortable room. It is very helpful that the Village Hotel is conveniently located within a walkable distance to access parks, children's activities, theater, shopping, and transportation.

DREADFUL DONT BOOK

Absolutely awful- room so small and felt like a prison cell block - one tiny window overlooking the main road - no double glazing so noisy all night - and as for the bar drinks they were so overpriced it was shocking. They were more expensive than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in - would not recommend at any price and definitely will not be returning

Warm welcome from the manager. The rest of the staff never gave you a look morning noon or evening. Kids run around day after day after day. The room did not get cleaned until the fifth night that I was there. The entrance rugs were never cleaned and always looked dirty

Ok.

I have stayed here a couple of times. It's always been ok. I was a bit disappointed that when I checked the website it said Breakfast from 6.30 so I booked it. We had a 6-hour drive back & needed to set off no later than 7. When we came down for breakfast it was 7.30 at the weekend & was told it was on the website. We were given a coffee from the machine but no breakfast or refund. We also had a room that faced the dual carriageway, not stayed in one of these before. The noise from the traffic made it sound like the window was open, but it wasn't & it was constant even at 3 am when I woke up!
