budget friendly, nice view of bay
The condo is in a great location. The view of the bay is nice. The condo is dated, but budget friendly. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms are noisy. The fan in the master bedroom sounds like a plane taking off and then it clunks randomly. We tried sleeping with it off, but the bedroom would get hot. There is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Most of the lamps worked. Everything else was as described.

Family week
We had a great time at Runaway Bay. The only downside for me was that it was a second story unit. I just had a hip replacement and found it difficult to navigate them. I would recommend Runaway Bay to family and friends. The condo was clean and pretty well stocked. ( Would have loved to have had a blender).Did need a little work. The screen needed repaired as well as the bathroom toilet bar. The Shower was missing a couple rings otherwise everything was great. As locals we were very pleased with out stay cation.

Runaway Bay
This was our first trip to AMI. The good for our stay at Runaway Bay. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost everyday. It was a short walk to the beach. They have chairs and a cart which made the walk better! We recieved our check in code before the 4pm time so that was nice, our plane had landed around 230 so that took some stress away. The condo has 2 queen and a twin bed. 2 bathrooms. The ac worked great! The not so good. The master bed was horrible to sleep on. Its just very old. The condo is also pet friendly, however the carpet was gross. There were visible "pet stains". I would definitely have the carpets cleaned after a booking with pets! The ceiling fan in the master is very loud, and the other bedroom stays very hot. I know some houses have that one room that does that. Not the owners fault. Overall we enjoyed our stay! For the most part the property was clean! The location was great for exploring all the beaches the island has to offer! We rented a golf cart from zoom around super easy they deliver and pick it up. Make sure you look for the heart rock on the island. We found it!

Great location and view!
This is my second time staying at Runway Bay, first time in this unit and this unit has an incredible view. The unit is well equipped and check in was seamless. I did need to do some cleaning when I got there, the kitchen floor and main area carpet didn’t seem like they were tended to. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!!

Great vacation
We have a great vacation. The unit have a perfect location, the kitchen well stock. Beach across the street. Beautiful swimming pool should be considered to allow more time in it. They close the pool at 8 PM and in summer months at 9 pm is still daylight. Other than that great stay!!!!

Wonderful Stay
Property is wonderful, excellent location clean, beautifull and comfortably furnished , very nice!! The Run Away Bay property also very nice, clean, beautifull, and well maitained. Property manager Susan was fantastic! We had a smoke detector start beeping, Susan was at our door within minutes with a new battery to fix the detector. Wonderful stay!

Great location with an amazing view. Property was well equipped, kitchen was fully stocked with all pans pots tools etc. there were beach chairs and umbrellas that we used during the easy walk across the street to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Bay views
This was our 4th trip to AMI and third stay at Runaway Bay. The unit was clean and comfortably furnished. Located in a quiet part of the complex. Kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for a family. Has an excellent view of the bay, saw several dolphins and manatees from our balcony during our stay.
