An amazing week!
When we first entered this home we were surprised at how large it was. Two kitchens, two islands, huge custom dining table which fit all of us for meals and card games. The huge game room was a hit with everyone. We've never experienced anything like the 150 foot tv. The outdoor ping pong table was used every day as was the hot tub and pool. Travelling with infants and toddlers can be a challenge but not here. This home caters to every age. They have cribs, porta-cribs, and a high chair. They also supply so many amenities that no other place we have stayed in supplied i.e. soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, Tide, spices, ice machine. The kitchens were stocked with everything you need. The fenced in pool was a game changer. No worries with the children as the doors also have alarms that can be engaged. If you are lucky enough to book this home and bring your young ones, The Pirate Adventure in Cortez is a "must do"! It was definitely a highlight of the week. I could go on and on, we absolutely loved this home and the surrounding area. I forgot to mention the decor. You can see by the photos but even more charming in person. Tony and Christine were wonderful to work with!

We had 18 people staying ages from 20 months to 82years old. The property provided plenty of outdoor space for family to gather and swim, play ping pong or corn hole, or talk at firepit. Walmart was right around the corner so very convenient. There was plenty of large gathering areas inside for adults to talk yet other more private areas for teens to escape to recharge or do their phones. Of course, everyone lover the giant TV room with the Giant bean bags and wrap around sectional couch. The crib/playpen and high chair and all furniture was kid friendly (no glass coffee tables or sharp edges). If we ever do another wedding and need lots of housing then this will be one of our first choices! Of course, we loved this house so much- we are tempted to try their other house next time so we can compare!! We loved it- the hosts were very responsive to texts with any questions we had .. even for thing we couldn’t find. Always friendly and quick to help us. I highly recommend this for your next large mixed-age group stay!

Perfect Place - Will Be Coming Back!!!
We were looking for a place that could accommodate our family (16 total), in Florida that was somewhere close to the beach, and also a home that was actually spacious enough so we wouldn't feel claustrophobic (lol). We sure chose the PERFECT PLACE!!! The layout of the house is even better than what is described! We didn't even feel like we needed to go anywhere because the house was so much fun! Tony the owner of the property, was awesome, and so kind!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. Tony was exceptionally attentive. The house is fully stocked—crib, games, kitchenware, you name it. Despite appearing smallish from the outside, this home is HUGE!!! There are so many places to hang out, we never felt like there were 20 people in the house. The enormous multi-screen TV was perfect for nightly movies. The decor is bright & screams vacation fun. It’s only a few minutes to the beach on AMI, the house is also close to shopping and dining options. This stay was organized to perfection and we can't wait to return!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Tony was an extremely responsive host from start to finish. We were a group of 13 with 7 teenagers so we appreciated the extra space and access to two kitchens. We took full advantage of all of the surrounding areas and visited multiple beaches. We also went to Sarasota three times for various shopping, dining and excursions. The location is central to all of this.The house was clean; the pool was very enjoyable and the kids loved the massive TV and space. If you’re looking for a great place with quick access to Anna Maria Island but also close opportunities to be more adventurous, this is the place! We had an incredible stay.
