Sijainti on kaikki, etkä voi voittaa tämän talon sijaintia - vain muutaman minuutin päässä Anna Marian saaren kauniista rannoista. Tutustu lähellä olevaan Robinson- tai Perico Preserve -kylpylään, jossa on pyöräily- / kävelyreittejä, luonnonkaunis melonta ja erinomainen kalastus. Rentoudu Holmes Beachin upealla valkoisella hiekalla tai liity hiekkalentopallopeliin. Mene ratsastusta rannalla vain 5 minuutin päässä. Vietä aikaa rentoutumiseen tai kalastukseen takapihalla sijaitsevalta laiturilta, josta saatat vain käydä manaateilta! Elävät ylellisyydessä kauniissa, hiljattain remontoidussa kodissamme, 5 kalustetulla makuuhuoneella ja 3 täyttä kylpyä. Kotimme sisältää 4 kajakkia, joilla navigoidaan saaren kauniilla kanavilla. Tai voit pysyä takaisin laiturilla ja kalastaa kanavaa mukana toimitetuilla kalastusvälineillä. Nauti tennispeleistä lähellä olevilla kentillä käyttämällä 5 tennismailamme, tai tutustu saareen ja läheisiin Manatee-joen näkymiin 7 polkupyörällä, jotka tarjoavat loputtoman kiertueen. Pyöräretkesi jälkeen potkaudu takaisin ja saat loma-rusketuksen johonkin terassituoliin tai rentoutua ja pulahtaa omaan uima-altaaseesi. Aloita päiväsi tuoreella kahvikupilla yksityisellä laiturillasi katsomalla kanavaa ja katsomalla kaloja hyppäävän lämpimässä aamuauringossa. Huge house, everyone had plenty of space. Great area close to everything. Plenty of extra towels for everyone. I didn’t realize there was a fee for early check in and late check out. We are planning on returning to this house in the future.

This home is very spacious and has a lot to offer. We lucked out with amazing weather so having the heated pool was definitely a main attraction for our family. We visited Clear Water, Siesta Key, The River Walk, Venice Beach and Anna Marie Island.

Needs some work

The house is functionable, but wouldn’t rate it 5 star. Looks like the “renovations” consisted of new flooring and some shiplap, but not much else. When we arrived, the two garbage cans were overflowing. Not sure why the cleaners couldn’t have seen that. When we went to take out the garbage a few days later, it was filled with maggots. Not something I expect to deal with on vacation. The furniture is acceptable, but again not 5 star. For a sectional in the family room, there was one small side table, so not conducive to having a drink/coffee while sitting there bc there’s nowhere to put a glass down. Pots and pans were so worn and mismatched. As were lin The ceiling grates in the bedrooms were moldy and dirty. The grill was also filthy…whoever grilled last had some sticky sauce like teriyaki and was burnt onto the grates, so we had to deep clean before we could grill. Pool toys in the bin were unusable as they needed to be inflated and the only pumps in the garage were for bikes so we had to buy a pump and new rafts. The bin and the toys were filthy and the boogie boards were cracked and broken. Towels and linens were old and worn. The outdoor area was nice, thankfully bc we spent most of our time there. I have used VRBO for more than 30 years. I’m always pleasantly surprised when we get a home that is truly furnished as a real home, not with towels, dishes, utensils from 15 years ago. This home has so much potential but needs a deep clean and paint. Wouldn’t go back.

Great house!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It’s conveniently located to everything you need and just a short drive to Anna Maria Island. There were seven of us, plus an infant, and we had plenty of room. The pool is great too!

Something for everyone

Our 4 generation family enjoyed our stay in Bradenton! The neighborhood was great for biking, kayaking in the bayou, and swimming in the heated pool. The nearby Robinson Preserve has a fantastic play place for young children, biking and walking trails for young and old. The proximity to various beaches and restaurants was so convenient. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Birthday celebration

Perfect home for a family gathering with adult children. Private rooms for everyone; spacious kitchen and relaxing spaces. Sadly the weather didn’t give us the opportunity to enjoy the pool and wonderful outdoor activities. Maybe next time. Would certainly recommend this property.

House smells of mold under the kitchen sink . There was not 1 piece of toilet paper/paper towels in the entire house. The pool was dirty, we cleaned out the leaves when we arrived we were told it was the time of the season however for the remainder of our stay no leaves got in the pool . Furniture chairs all mismatched and uncomfortable. We had to plug in the televisions to get them to work …. It just seemed as though the house was not prepared for our stay very disappointing

***** It was a WOW experience in this house. From the moment you enter you feel the warmth of a cozy home, with inspirational messages on the walls, and a simple but beautiful decoration. I rented this house for a family reunion. We were 4 couples, a teenager , a toddler and a infant, and we settled perfectly. The house is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of my family including the child, enjoy reading inspirational books available. There were also board games and puzzles. One of the things we enjoyed the most was having a BBQ next to the pool. Some of my family enjoyed kayaking, others tried fishing, although they didn't get anything, lol... and others rode the bikes; all this provided in the house. Jill was always in contact with me, answering my questions fairly quickly in a very respectful manner. When we did the check-out and before returning to our respective homes we went to see the famous and wonderful beaches of Ana Marias Island, which is quite close to the house. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jill. I am already recommending this house to my friends because I know they will not regret it.

Beautiful Home

We booked a week stay for a family celebration. House was clean, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and the backyard had the most relaxing views. There were plenty of things for the kids to do on property with kayaks and fishing poles provided.
