This grand manor, situated near Anna Maria Island, offers an enviable palm tree paradise and canal experience that is steps from the breezy Gulf of Mexico. This luxurious 6 BD/4 BA home sleeps 14 and offers a heated swimming pool, full-sized shuffleboard, and gulf-view lanai. The professionally-decorated 3,774 sq. ft. estate offers premium finishes throughout and is the perfect splurge for snowbirds and reunions with family and friends. The private office and lightning fast wifi are perfect for laptop lifestyles and work from home set ups.

This tranquil canal front home also boasts a private boat dock, perfect for those who yearn to spend their days out on the water. Enjoy stunning views and easy access to fishing, swimming, and boating adventures right from your backyard. Dock weight limit is 15,000 lbs. and the length is 22 feet (please note that, at the moment, the boat lift in inoperative, but guests can still dock their boats here)

This grand home offers a chef-inspired kitchen setup, complete with a GE Monogram stainless steel vent hood and a double oven. Plenty of room to chop, slice and dice on the marble countertop island with seating for 4 to keep you company. Other things to note
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage); there are no inside cameras. Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not recording voice or conversation, only monitor decibels
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, first aid kit
- Guests will have access to the entire house except for the owner closet
- Driveway park up to 6 cars, no street parking is available
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When the heated feature is purchased, the pool is set to 85 degrees, however, pool temps are impacted when the weather drops below 60 degrees. So the pool temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest.
