Neighborhood highlights – Summer Bay

Summer Bay is one of the premier vacation neighborhoods in Branson, MO. Known for its log cabin theme, big Table Rock Lake Views, and close to everything in Branson, it will not disappoint! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are top-notch. The 2 OUTDOOR POOLS will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and are open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year-round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND and your group will love playing PICKLEBALL at the community court. This development does have a lake walking trail which is perfect for fishing or taking a walk down to the shoreline to go swimming.

All guests have convenient self-check-in guest codes that will be provided prior to your stay and there are 3-4 free shared parking spots available out in front of the house.


Getting around

Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks Science Museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites, and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There is a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House-sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!


Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 10 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing rollercoasters, live shows, cave tours, and many craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!


More options for fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come to experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

In the event of a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay. Any guest(s) found to be in violation will be subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any incurred property damages, and eviction. Please be aware that guests who violate this policy forfeit their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
