Good location

Loved the location! Beds were comfortable. Loved the views of the water! Had an issue with one of the toilets not working properly and the microwave not working. We did report it and they were going to have maintenance to look at it. It should be good for the next guests.

Great last minute Spring Break getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! We loved the neighborhood and how close to the water this unit is. My husband and I traveled with our 8 yo and 10yo. They loved the trailhead that was at the end of the parking lot. We enjoyed daily hikes! We also enjoyed walking down to the waters edge to skip rocks and just enjoy the sun set.This unit had 2 kings, which was nice that kids could have extra room to share a bed without too much of a fuss.We enjoyed the enclosed patio and made use of the fully equipped kitchen! Only downside was the noise from the people above. We lucked out that it was only during the day and they were quiet by bedtime. Again I was working during the day so heard it but in evenings for bedtime it was quiet and didn’t lose any sleep.Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Family time

The unit location was great and size worked perfectly. The only problem we had was with trying to get the LG tvs to work but then we decided we should just enjoy the location and family time. Would definitely come back again.

Great Location in Branson

This is in a gated community near a golf course and gives you access to golf course amenities like the pool. Very safe, clean neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown, but close to everything fun. The condo was very nice and close to the water. We enjoyed it very much. Would stay here again....definately!

Beautiful view of the river.

This was our second time staying in this unit. It has a great view of the river and a fun hiking trail. The property manager went above and beyond for us! We left an item behind and she went and picked it up for us and took it to the UPS Store to be shipped back to us. THANKS!!

This property is excellent. Great location with views of the lake, hiking trail with 100 yards, everything you need. Beds very comfortable and bath for each bedroom. Pool, pickleball courts, good restaurant, excellent location. We had so much fun.

We loved this place!! It was beautiful and clean! They let us check in early! The amenities were great, food onsite if needed. They were quick to text back for any questions I had. The river and nature trail were beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Beds were big and comfortable.

Very relaxing

The place was very clean, exactly as the pics show, was even more impressive in person. A short walk to lake Taneycomo for fishing all weekend with family. I will definitely be back to stay at this property for sure!

So peaceful

My husband is an avid fly fisherman, so in addition to visiting our kids and grandkids when we visit Branson, he has to spend at least one day fishing. This location was one of his favorites because he could slip in a couple of hours, just by walking a short distance from this condo. AND I could spend the morning with a cup of coffee and a book in the sunroom. It was so peaceful to listen to the sounds of the water, both morning and night. The property was also perfect - clean, well appointed, comfortable,etc. Nothing but great things to say about it in every aspect. But did I mention it was SO PEACEFUL?!

Our stay was less than expected. We have stayed in several VRBOs and this one just didn't measure up. We left 2 days early because we could not take the noise from upstairs throughout the night. Then we went to take a walk one evening and witness a domestic encounter with blood curdling screams for the "other" person to leave before the police comes using very graphic language. When tried to reach out regarding the TV not working, no one returned the call. These were just a couple items- but when your guest leaves 2 days early you know there was a problem, especially at the price we paid.

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We slept in the guest bedroom because the master bedroom was about three and a half feet from the floor. We enjoy staying in Point Royale in Branson. There were a few issues with the condo. The master bathroom jetted tub would not hold water, one of the master bathroom sinks did not want to drain and the living room curtains did not completely cover the window by about a foot leaving us feeling a bit exposed. Other than those things the condo was very nice.

Fall 23

This was our 4th time that we have used this Condo, number 5 will be in March 2024. Location is one of the main reasons we stay here. Easily assessed to shows, restaurants. Love the layout of the condo, and we really enjoy drinking coffee, watching the wildlife on the river. I did miss seeing the fox this time ... lol. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.
