Na reserva aparecia café da manhã. No local não. Tinha que pagar pelo café. Não tinha o controle de TV. Solicitei para recepção que informou que eu deveria ligar para o proprietário. Eu não reservei o apartamento com outra pessoa. Eu reservei no aplicativo do Hotéis.com, então porque eu deveria falar com o proprietário? Essa situação é uma mácula para o app do Hotéis.com. Não aparece na reserva que o apartamento não é do hotel que eu estou reservando.

Ne realidade, a única queixa que tenho é com o relacionamento com os responsáveis pela acomodação. No geral a acomodação atende bem!!! mas, no que diz respeito a clareza das informações e gentileza... ficou muito a desejar. Eles não fornecem cobertores e essa informação só é repassada depois que contratamos... enfim, pelo preço que cobram, talvez, valha a pena os dessabores de ter que lidar com a equipe.
