We had a great stay at the Ramada. It's in a very good location, close to the TV Tower, the American Embassy, within easy walking distance of restaurants and the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ramada!

My husband and I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham in Brasilia and we both enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice and new! The breakfast was missing an expresso and cappuccino machine, they should invest in one! Other than that our stay was great!

Hotel excelente. O quarto que fiquei era silencioso e tive noites de sono bem tranquilas. O café da manhã é muito bom, servido em local espaçoso, sem o risco de tumulto. O atendimento na recepção é cordial e tanto o checkin quanto checkout foram rápidos. O local também é bom, estando perto de shopping com muitas lojas e praça de alimentação. A oportunidade de melhoria é quanto ao mostrador do ar condicionado. O ar condicionado funciona muito bem, mas o seu mostrador fica em uma posição alta, próxima ao teto. Isso não seria um problema, mas a iluminação desse mostrador é ruim e é difícil de identificar a temperatura e o modo de operação. No mais, recomendo e retornarei em outra oportunidade.

Cheguei às 13:45 e fui informada de que só seria possível realizar o checkin às 14h, conforme a regra. Incialmente, achei estranho, pois o trâmite do checkin leva alguns minutos. Aguardei na recepção e às 14:10h retomei ao balcão para realizar o checkin quando fui informada de que não havia quartos disponíveis. Como a viagem era à trabalho, fui para o meu compromisso profissional com a roupa da viagem e a mala na mão. E fiquei andando com mala na mão até às 18h.

Um dos hoteis mais problemáticos que já me hospedei. Tive que trocar de quarto duas vezes de madrugada por problemas no ar condicionado. Tirando isso, era um quarto confortavel, bom atendimento do staff, etc. Porem nao me hospedaria novamente por todo o transtorno que vivenciei ali.
