I’ve stayed at this hotel before and will probably stay here again. It is clean and comfortable. Large bed room and a separate living room. The breakfast is wonderful! Hot, cooked to order eggs and omelets. The only negative was that we had problems with the tub faucet and had to change rooms the next day. Changing rooms after getting settled in is not fun.

I really loved the staff here, they went out of their way to help me, everyone from the front desk to the specialty omelette maker! The rooms are huge and super clean.

My wife and I have done business travel but have never had a room without a telephone. There was an attempt to fix, but failed. The bathroom in our room had issues. We had difficulty getting the shower to work. The tub was rather tired. We were both annoyed having to use QR to get the restaurant menu, but remember, no phone. I had to go down to the restaurant to get room service. The restaurant was great. The wait and bar staff (Tanya and Tonia I think) was absolutely incredible. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were the highlight of out stay. The food was quite good, too. Housekeeping did a fine job as well. If we travel to the area again we will not be staying at that facility.

The lobby and breakfast were great but the rooms are old and the bathrooms definitely need to be updated. The room I was in, the bed was comfortable, spacious room, however the tub had so much rust, and the faucet in the tub kept leaking water. Our balcony door didn’t shut and lock properly. On the plus side they have great parking spots below the hotel.
