The Space:
Feel as if you have been tucked away in a natural wonderland as you arrive at this mountain home featuring two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, and an open and bright floor plan situated between the mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge.
As you arrive at the home, you will find parking for two vehicles in the paved driveway. Three short steps up to the front porch entrance of the home brings you to a secure ski locker, then inside where you will be greeted by a small entryway complete with a shoe and coat rack convenient for hanging your outdoor gear before you settle in.
From the front door of the home, you arrive in an open space full of natural light and character with high ceilings and exposed wood beams, and windows all around providing beautiful views. The dining and kitchen areas provide a modern space connected by a large island with barstool seating perfect for enjoying a quick meal, doing some remote work, or chatting with the chef. The dining table provides seating for six directly underneath a large bright window. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, and classic, wood finishes while you prepare meals and visit with your group during your stay. The large open space of the home features a cozy living area where you will find a leather couch that pulls out to a queen-size bed, two reading chairs, and a 42” flat-screen Smart TV to connect your own streaming services. Warm up by the fire as you take in the snow falling over the river and surrounding trees.
The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet with barn doors, and a workspace featuring a desk with two monitors that you can connect to your laptop. The bedroom also features a private attached bathroom including sink vanity with storage space and a spacious walk-in tile shower.
The secondary bedroom is flooded with natural light from the large window looking out towards the front of the home and features a queen size bed, perfect for a restful night of sleep. A small closet provides storage and a stacked washer/dryer is available for any laundry needs you may have during your stay. A full bath with Jack-and-Jill entry from both the bedroom and main living space boasts a sink vanity with under-the-counter storage and a shower/bathtub combo.
Head out the glass sliding doors off of the living room onto the outdoor deck, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful view and sounds of the Swan River from the patio furniture. Guests will also have access to the propane BBQ located on the outdoor deck, so you can prepare a meal on the BBQ while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire main level home and two side by side parking places located in front of the unit. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse by permit which may be obtained at the office. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities of the complex which include an indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, fitness center, game room, and a laundry room located conveniently in the clubhouse
The Neighborhood:
This charming chalet-style home sits on the Swan River with a serene forest surrounding the area, it is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. Tucked between the mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge, the location of the home puts you in close proximity to some of the area's best ski slopes with Breckenridge Ski Resort, Keystone Resort, Cooper Mountain, and others within a 30-minute drive away.
With stunning and tranquil nature just outside your front door, be sure to spend some time enjoying the multiple hiking, biking, and walking trails found close by. Gain elevation and embark on a day in the mountains on the Colorado Trail, found just a short walk from your front door. Enjoy a walk or some fishing along Swan River, or head to the Gold Hill trailhead for an out-and-back climb. If you are looking for a bit more city life, you are just a short drive or bus ride from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.
Getting Around:
For those looking to spend time exploring the nature of Breckenridge and surrounding areas, the location of this home is ideal for you! In just a five-minute drive, be out on the Colorado Trailhead or Gold Hill trailhead. Or jump onto Summit County's free public transportation, the Summit Stage, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. Just a half mile away from your front door, you can take advantage of this excellent transportation option by catching a bus at the Revette Dr bus stop near Highway 9, a ten-minute walk from the house. This can connect you to the Breck Free Ride buses, or the Main Street Trolley, making it easy to get around town.
Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both within less than a 15-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola – a gateway to endless skiing options. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The loft of the home is restricted to owner and maintenance use only.
This unit is NOT PET FRIENDLY. We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
