Tästä kauniista lodge-tyylisestä huoneistosta on sekä parhaat näkymät että sijainti Breckenridgessä. Lämmin ja mukava, yksikössä on hiljattain päivitetty keittiö ja kylpyhuone, king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, täysikokoiset kerrossängyt parvella ja kuningatar-vuodesohva. Upea romanttinen loma parille tai loistava mukava "poissa kotoa" perheellesi (nukkuu jopa 6)

Siellä on monia mukavuuksia, kuten poreallas (ympäri vuoden), pesula paikalla (kolikoilla toimivat) jokaisessa kerroksessa, katettu pysäköinti, suora pääsy ilmaiseen kuljetukseen lomakohteeseen ja paikallisiin nähtävyyksiin sekä kausiluonteinen ulkouima-allas (suljettu aikana talvi).

Pesulapalkkiot - 1 dollari. 75 per pesu, 1 dollari. 50 / kuivain. Toimita oma pesuaine.

Huoneistoon kuuluu katettu pysäköinti. Breckenridge-ilmainen bussikuljetus kulkee aivan huoneiston vieressä ja antaa pääsyn Main Street -kadulle ja kaikkiin vuoristoalueisiin. Gondoli on kävelymatkan päässä asunnosta.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Breckenridgen laskettelukeskus. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan, porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja poreammeen.

Comfortable & Cozy
My family of 4 enjoyed very much this place. Beds are comfortable and layout it’s great for families. Love the 2 sinks upstairs because of the privacy and I have 2 daughter so they can take over lol plus there is that extra shower downstairs. We walked everywhere, the gondola it’s super close also Main Street. We totally enjoyed it here.

Great place but not 2 bedrooms
The condo is in a great spot, easy access to the mountain and town. Good facilities and very well equipped. Caveat is that it states it is 2 bedrooms but it isn’t - one is a bunk bed on the mezzanine and is open to the rest of the apartment. So whoever sleeps there has no privacy and will have to put up with the noises of the property eg dishwasher.

Short and Sweet Ski Stay
Booked Monday-Friday for 3 days of skiing at Breckenridge. Great location, with an easy walk to the gondola and even easier walk back from the slopes. Condo was light and airy, clean (which is super important to me), and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable, loft beds were adequate for the kids. Short walk to town for restaurants and shopping. We didn’t use the laundry or hot tub, but they were easy to access had we wanted to. Would definitely stay here again!

Breck Trip
We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely convenient location to downtown, which made shops and dining extremely accessible. The only difficulty we encountered consisted of the outlets in the bathrooms not working and we could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Other than tbose minor things, this is a fantastic place to stay!

Well equipped condo close downtown and transport
Well-equipped kitchen. Newly and generally well decorated. Be aware that the master BR is up the spiral staircase that’s shown in the picture and shares a jack ‘n’ Jill bathroom with the loft. Getting suitcases up the spiral staircase might be a challenge for some. Also note that noise from outside (hot tub and/or other revelers) can be easily heard in the kitchen and LR (didn’t seem to be a problem in BR).

Convenient location
We had pretty good stay over all, place even dough small but roomy at the same time. Short walk to gondola but not in ski boots! and it was a little challenging for my 10 year old to carry his skis and boots. Short walk to Main st. is a bonus too. The biggest downside of this unit is very narrow twisted staircase to get to bedrooms upstairs, even though it looks pretty cool but getting full size suitcase up there is a challenge and gets very crowded by the bunk bed area with bags and suit cases , we made it work but I would say definitely account for it when you book this condo. Other then that we were pretty happy with our stay. Thank you!

We will be back! What a homey experience we had! From the feel of the condo, closeness to town, closeness to the grocery store, and ease of access. My toddler & teen both loved it! We will be back again! We absolutely loved it!

We had a great time. Snow was great. The condo was just as advertised. Central location. It was comfortable for our family of 6. Well stocked. Convenient location for ski in on 4 O'clock. The walk to the lift to ski out was a little challenging for the younger kids, 8 and 9 years old. I dropped them off most days.

The condo was was clean and affordable. Within a 5 min walk to Gondola and very close to the Gondola Ski Back run. The hot tub was hot and cleaned daily. Our stay was perfect. Plenty of room for a family of 4 or 5.

Breckenridge Vacation
Lovely home, owner was very nice. Their home had all the comforts. I gave a 1 star on the property manager because we didn't have any communication with the property manager of the building. We spoke with the owner and he was great! If we ever come back to Breckenridge we will definitely stay here.

Perfect location
Condo is in the perfect location for everything Breck!! Close to slopes, close to gondola and close to town. This is my second time staying at Ski Hill Condos (different unit the first time) and I would not choose another place if I had to do it all over. This unit was perfect for my sister, daughter and I on a girls weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed and the unit is nicely updated. I will definitely consider this unit for my next trip to Breck.
