Located right next to the Snowflake Lift and only steps from the Four O'Clock ski run, this ski-in/out condo is the perfect mix of luxury and location. Enjoy your very own furnished patio and community amenities that include a swimming pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, steam rooms, and a game room with Ping-Pong, foosball, and arcade favorites.
Step inside to find a living room furnished with beautiful floors, modern wall art, and comfortable furniture - all crowned by a gas fireplace and a large TV. Off the living room, a small theater room is an ideal spot to screen your favorite movies with the kids. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator), and plenty of space to work on tonight's home-cooked meal.
High-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers to catch up on email and calls. In the evenings, you'll have two bedrooms to choose from, both with TVs and one with an en suite bath featuring a double-basin sink, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub.
When it comes to winter sports, Breckenridge offers world-class slopes for every age, interest, and skill level. You'll have ski runs like Bonanza and Columbia for the beginners, Peerless and Cashier for the advanced, and Tunnel and Mineshaft for the experts. There are also plenty of great restaurants within a half-mile of the condo anytime you want a break from the kitchen.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and The Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and The CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
