Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo and 2 on-site parking spaces in front of the condo. Guests can also enjoy the shared pool and hot tubs.

Walking distance to both Breckenridge's historic Main Street, the property has access to countless eateries, shops, breweries, and galleries, and Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. You are also a stone's throw from the Columbine Pool and a short drive from hiking trails such as the Illinois Creek Trailhead. Enjoy ice sports at the Stephen C West Ice Arena or paddleboard at Maggie Pond at the base of Peak 9 in the summer months. For a one-of-a-kind experience, take a 10-minute stroll and do some troll hunting for the unique, larger-than-life "Isak Heartstone" in Illinois Gulch. You can also hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley, which stops along Main Street and passes many of Breckenridge's historical buildings.
