The check in instructions were pretty vague, there are 2 condo places side by side and the check in instructions didn't specify exactly which complex to go to. The contact number we called wasn't able to specify which comolex to go too. We tried both and the first one we tried was wrong. However,
the second place we went too used the code we were sent. the parking pass wasn't in the unit when we arrived. There was a large void where the wood floor met the tile floor in the kitchen/dining area, like it was left unfinished, probably 8 foot long and 2 inch wide by 1 inch deep gap that was a bit of a trip hazard and an eye sore. We couldnt figure out the showers in main bath right away and the property Manger we called didn't offer much help besides referring us to someone else. Eventually we got in touch (4+ hours) after we first called the listed numbers for some assistance. There were signs all around the parking area warning of being towed with a pass, but no instructions on how to get the pass, so since the pass wasn't left for us, we were a but nervous about being towed. The layout of the place was odd, but we made it work. The master bath toilet could be seen from the bed. There was a curtain that went around the toilet but it just wasn't very private. The double shower in the master bath is nice, but again it's connected directly to the master bedroom with no wall so you kind if shower in view of the bed. I guess that can be nice, unless someone is wanting to sleep while someone else is using the shower.
The second bedroom was fine, the second bathroom was fine, the kitchen was fine. All the tv units were small and dated, but not a huge a deal. The shared hot tub was clean, but was only big enough for about 3/4 couples at a time, and was usually full so we didn't spend much time in it. Just about 10 minutes the whole trip. The best feature was the easy 5 minute walk to the main street of breck and to the gondola. Getting to and from the mountain was really nice, no additional parking fees, easy walk. The view we had was of the parking lot, but we didn't spend any time on the balcony. The kitchen was furnished pretty well, we did a lot of cooking there. The internet was good, which the kids mainly used in the evenings, and the elevator made move in/out easy.
Overall, I'd give this place a high 3 or low 4 all things considered.
