Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. The open-concept floor plan was designed with togetherness in mind so that no conversation would be lost here. Marvel at the high ceilings and blanket of natural light throughout the space, radiating comfort from every corner. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or curling up with a good book by the majestic fireplace. Prepare grand meals and hiking snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
