Good for one night
The lock was not working when we checked in and it took us an hour to get it all figured out and to be able to enter the condo. The staff helping us was very nice but they had to completely redo the lock and we ended having to be out of the condo for sometime for them to fix it

Works well for family ski trip
The place was clean!!! Showers are warm and enough linens and towels . Bus pick up in front of the building is great. Very close to restaurants. The kitchen is not really ment for people to cook meals. Only spices are salt and pepper, no Baking sheet or parchment paper. If you like to cook your own meals, just plan on bringing everything. Eating out in town is pricey! I am glad I brought my eye mask since the street lamp shines right in the bed through the gaps of the blinds. The building is noisy at times. I always bring earplugs. Overall a great place for a family ski vacation.

So cozy and perfect location!
The pre-arrival instructions were so clearly outlined and helpful for planning our stay in Breckenridge. The location was walking distance to main street but in a very quiet spot with parking as expected. The condo was so cozy and spacious with plenty of room for 2 couples. Would love to stay here again!

Security Alarm Was Going Off
Everything was ok until 1:30 am when the security alarm went off every 8 seconds. The alarm was on the other side of our wall and was loud. We couldn’t turn It off or call anyone as there is no property manager on site. Even when we were checking out at 9 It was still going off. Not a restful night.

Not so impressed
The Atrium is a great location for close walkable access to downtown. However, the entire interior of the unit and the common spaces are terribly dated. Our unit literally looked like no one had touched it in 30+ years. The furniture, lamps, and wall photos were really pretty gross. And I have NEVER even a slightly negative review of a VRBO in the past. The unit was relatively clean, with the exception of table surfaces that had a sticky film on them, and we ended up cleaning both the surfaces as well as any glasses prior to use. I wouldn't choose the Atrium or this unit again.

It was good
A little noisy since unit is located 20 feet from road. Was pretty quiet inside since it was early June with few guests in the building. The Bathroom and shower were great with hot water and strong water flow. Small tv but it worked fine. Wi-Fi was confusing to figure out which network to use and scrambled password with 16 numerals and letters. Is this really necessary? The entry lock to room was confusing since you had to hit a checkmark key and not # key as text said. The location is good for walks and getting into town quickly. There’s a great trail to hike by the ice arena about half mile from condo. Trailhead starts by the adjacent parking lot. Sawmill museum up the road about half mile past Railroad Car Park. The hot tub was Luke warm and unusable. The place is OK but little details should be addressed.

Great location
Great place with a free shuttle to and from the lifts! Small things that need to be updated, one burner on the stove needs to be fixed and directions for how to use the fireplace need to be provided. Also, check-in did require us to go to the ski country office to get the code texted to us. Not sure if that is normal or just because Breck is busy this time of the year. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay at Breck!
The condo was clean, cozy, and just as described. The property had many units but was quiet and felt very private. The outdoor hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes and was not crowded. Garage parking was convenient and appreciated in the cold! The shuttle to the Breckenridge station was right outside our door but had somewhat limited schedule and not always on time - but got us where we needed to go! Check-in was communicated clearly but was a bit of an extra hassle to go to property office. Overall, great stay in the heart of Breck!

Adequate but very dated and noisy with some temporary inconveniences
Condo offered the spaces we needed and was clean. We were only there 2 nights. Others have mentioned the noise and I would agree. The window at the head of the bed in the suite is right at the front door of building and you WILL hear noises and people late at night and early morning. The underground parking was a mess due to workers disabling the garage door and not allowing us to enter multiple times. It is walkable to restaurants, but too far to walk in ski boots to lifts. Shuttle Bus picks up out front but schedules didn't work for us. Check in after hours and key drop were super easy so next time I would try to rent a different Ski Country Resort property.

Parking issues
The place was overall really good, clean, and enough room for 5 adults. The main issue I had was with parking. I book my places in Breck based on parking included on site. This property is under construction and the construction materials are taking up about 1/4 of the parking spaces in the garage. This caused an issue as I had no where to park inside the garage or the overflow lot outside the garage. Myself and 3 other cars were all trying to figure out what to do and where to park at 10pm at night when we got in. Once I was able to get a parking spot on the 2nd night I decided not to ever move my car until checkout. We also had an issue with the heat the first night but someone came over the next day and straightened it out for us. Like the past reviews stated it can be noisy, mostly just in the mornings so it’s only an issue if you are trying to sleep in. Overall great place. Parking was just frustrating.

Exactly what we needed
The location was outstanding. The condo had a cozy touch and everything we needed. Nothing too fancy, but walking distance to downtown breckenridge with great coffee maker and crock pot. Check in was easy - we loved it! The only issue we had was on Saturday (a holiday weekend) it was a little noisy with many people walking by or talking outside our window because it's grown level. Either way, price and location were worth it!

Condo Questionable
The condo was clean and both rooms were ok. This condo is located next to entry to the Atrium Lodge and sooooo NOISY day and night. It’s also on the street side so every car passing is heard. Neighbors above had noisy feet all day and night also. The furniture needs to be updated. Only 1 tv in living room and it has to be from 1980’s along with the furniture. Everything worked in condo fine but noisy level. We will not rent 101 again.
