Inside, you'll find the open living area adorned with burnished wood, luxurious furniture, and lots of natural light. The full kitchen is awaiting your inner chef with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and even a dishwasher to help with clean-up. Dinner guests will enjoy their meals at the large dining table, which seats up to eight. Off the kitchen, you'll find the main en suite bathroom, plus three other bedrooms.

Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
