Welcome to Trails End 102, a cozy and recently renovated ski-in/ski-out condo (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals), nestled in the heart of Breckenridge. This charming one-bedroom, one-bath retreat boasts a rustic, mountain chic ambiance that will transport you to a world of alpine serenity while providing all the comforts of home.

Upon entering this 560-square-foot haven, you'll immediately be struck by the impeccable modernity of the kitchen. Stocked with all the glassware, dishware, and cooking utensils you could possibly need, it's an inviting space to whip up your favorite home-cooked meals. This culinary oasis is complete with a microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Enjoy your culinary creations at the countertop bar, which seats four comfortably, or gather around the quaint dining table, with additional seating for four, for an intimate meal.

The living area is your sanctuary for relaxation. Sink into the large, plush couch or cozy leather side chair while basking in the warmth of the gas fireplace. A new 44-inch SMART flat-screen TV awaits your movie nights, while the backdrop of flickering flames sets the perfect ambiance for reading that captivating book you just can't put down.

When the sun graces our majestic mountain town with its presence, step out onto your private balcony and savor the tranquil landscape. Nearby, a gentle stream trickles by as you inhale the crisp mountain air. Embrace the al fresco experience as you fire up the private gas grill and dine at the outdoor wrought iron table for two.

After a day of skiing the 187 trails in winter or exploring the myriad of hiking and biking trails in summer, retreat to the spacious bedroom, where a new King Tempur-Pedic mattress promises a restful night's sleep. In here, another 34-inch SMART flat-screen TV invites you to get lost in a show or movie. The bedroom also offers additional access to your private balcony, so you can awaken refreshed to the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. With a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, this condo comfortably accommodates up to four people. Meanwhile, the recently remodeled full bath beckons with its combination shower/tub and soft vanity lighting, creating the perfect setting for a soothing bath or hot shower after a day of outdoor adventure.

Trails End Condominiums boasts more than just an unbeatable location, steps from the Peak 9 base and within walking distance to the town's dining, shopping and nightlife. Here, you're just steps away from all the activities that make Breckenridge a premier destination year-round. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.

During the peak winter and summer months, guests of Trails End also enjoy free access to the Community Upper Village Pool Center, located just across the street. Here, you'll find a heated indoor/outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxation, all against the backdrop of the moderate mountain temperatures that make Breckenridge a dream destination. Close to everything!

The location of this property is perfect . We were so close to the lift and we were able to come back for lunch easily. It’s also very close to restaurants and shopping. We didn’t move our car during our stay because it was so walkable. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing/boarding. The condo had everything we needed.

Nice Place - Great Location

Overall, the property was very nice. The room was very clean and well supplied with the necessities. Access to the slopes at peak 9 couldn’t be better. The only drawback to the whole visit was that the indoor pool and hot tub were out of order, apparently being under renovation, which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very quiet because it was off season. The property was clean except for the pair of women’s underwear left under the bed, which my wife found when looking for her shoes. The furniture was comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the electric recliner. The patio was nice and the gas grill was and added pleasure. The appliances were descent and we definitely took advantage of all of them since we prepared several of our meals in house. The location was especially convenient to downtown shopping and eating. The lamps were a little dated and one sparked when my wife turned it on. It immediately stopped working so we unplugged it. We also appreciated the gas fireplace and used it the first morning to knock the chill off. Overall, I would recommend this more than adequate property to anyone wanting to get away for a time of relaxation and fun.

I was disappointed in no mountain view I paid for and the rug had major stains. The blanket on the bed was ripped and should be thrown out. The kitchen was a nice surprise. The building lobby clean.

Great apartment. Accurate description. Cool, hip decor. Great service. The coffee maker wasn’t working and the management company replaced it immediately. Fully equipped kitchen. Location!

The location is fantastic. The overall property is nice. While some updating to the kitchen area was done and is nice, the bathroom is not the greatest. It was all very clean, but is very small. The shower curtain is an impedance to doing anything because it sticks to you while you are trying to clean yourself. Maybe a different kind of curtain would solve this issue. That being said, we are happy with our stay and again, you can’t beat the location!

Very convenient location

This condo had everything we needed for a fun stay in Breckenridge. It’s a very short walk to the ski lift, as well as Main St. The kitchen was well equipped. The only room for improvement that I noticed was the shower curtain was discolored on the bottom and the pillows had stains on them when I stripped the sheets.

We really enjoyed this ski in / ski out condo and especially that it was walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shopping. My only negative comment is that we wished we had booked a longer stay. Easy access to free bus & Gondola. They even stored and delivered our luggage after we checked out so we could ski a little longer! Great time and would definitely go back.

Slope side comfort

The property was a great ski in and ski out location. Easy access to stop by and have a hot lunch at home. The unit had everything we needed. Cozy fireplace, comfy bed, and big hot tub were some of the things we enjoyed most! Our only complaint was on the last day of skiing we had to find alternate parking because we had to move our car out of the lot by 10am checkout, which didn’t work well when we were skiing that day. I guess we need to plan better next time.

Location location location

Great place for those that are in Breck to ski, eat, sleep and repeat. Cute and clean place literally at the Peak 9 base. Short walk to town for dinner and shopping on Breck’s shakedown street. Wonderful place!

Yearly snowboard trip

The location of this property was great and could not have asked for better. We loved being on the first level. We had 4 things we wanted in a property and that was ski in/out, fireplace, outside grill, and walking distance to town. This place met all requirements. This space was little small but for just 2 people it was fine. I wouldn’t suggest more than 3. The shuttle was also a plus. Also check in is offsite so it took some coordination with the shuttle prior to arriving to facility. It would have been nice to have on-site check in and out.

Unit great, Management not so much

First the positives: The unit is attractive and a great location. It is absolutely walkable and the condo building is very nice. The unit is comfortable, and even the pull out couch bed is memory foam instead of one of those terrible spring mattresses. But the bad: for the price per night, the management company really needs to work on the furnishings it provides and responding to issues with the unit. The towels were small, old and terrible. Upon arrival our coffee maker was broken and we immediately called. Someone came by with a replacement, but it apparently wasn’t the right one. No one followed up with us, so we went to the office downtown the next day. We were told that somebody had gone to Walmart to buy a new one and that we should see a coffee maker later that day. No one ever showed up or gave us a call. The coffee maker was never replaced. A coffee maker is a small thing, but we did plan on using it since we have a full kitchen. And more so, when you are paying such an extravagant price for a room, something like a coffee maker should be easily replaced. We shouldn’t have had to follow up with the management company three times about an issue, especially for them to never fix it when they say they would multiple times.

quick overnight!

Great place! We liked the location. It was easy to walk downtown. We saw Moose! Working with the management company was wonderful! It's just a suggestion but a few of the fixtures are loose and should be repaired.
