Park Place -kadun ja Four O’Clock Roadin kulmassa Breckenridgen keskustassa sijaitsevat Park Place -huoneistot ovat lähellä hissejä ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Main Streetistä. Vieraat voivat hiihtää kello juoksua ja kävellä huoneistoonsa. Kompleksissa on myös kaksi paikan päällä sijaitsevaa ulkokylpytynnyriä, kaasulämmitin ja ilmainen katettu pysäköintialue sekä kausittainen pääsy Yläkylän uima-altaaseen ja porealtaaseen.

Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen maltillinen huoneisto on täydellinen loma perheille tai jopa seitsemälle ryhmälle. Kävellessään oleskelutilaan, saat vaikutuksen kauniista kivi ympäröimästä kaasutakasta ja omasta parvekkeesta, josta on vuoristomaisemat. Siellä on myös paljon istuimia ja LCD-TV viihdettä varten pitkän vuoristopäivän jälkeen. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on graniittiset, tilaa kuudelle ruokapöydässä ja tilaa vielä kolmelle aamiaisbaarissa.

Property was fine, but a little worn. Communication was good, but had some difficulty because the office was in a different location than the condo. Beds were pretty worn out too. Condo was on the 3rd floor so you definitely get your exercise! Would probably work for some guests for the price, but we will choose another location that works better for us if we return to Breckenridge. The benefit of being close to town is the biggest positive for this condo

Well maintained and comfortable condo in a great location. A short walk to the Snowflake lift and on the bus line to the base of peak 9. Easy ski in from 4 o’clock run. The kitchen was well stocked. (Does need a larger frying pan.) Washer and dryer were very helpful.

Couldn’t have asked for more convenience. The condo had everything needed, check in was very smooth with the lockbox, everything was clean, and management was always responsive. I hope we can visit again!

Very Convenient to Breck
Great place! Not super updated but has all you need for your stay. My family made it our home away from home for 2 weeks. Breck is a fantastic place for families over the summer. Manager is extremely responsive and will answer all questions promptly.

Cool Retro Vibe; Amazing Location
The location was great. Definitely walking distance to peak 9 lifts. It also is a short walk from the 4 o’clock town run, if you want to end your ski day right at the condo. It is important to note that the “hike” up to the condo from the parking lot is pretty strenuous. It’s three stories up and you’re at ~8k feet in elevation. There is no elevator, so just be ready to carry stuff up!

Great Location
We had a good visit. There was a problem with TV in bedroom and remote lacked batteries and the main chair in living room seemed to be broken. That being said-location is perfect for skiing and getting in and out of town.

Other than being a little dated, the condo was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Although a three-floor walk up did not appear to be an issue for us when we booked the trip, some in our group found the walk up to be exhausting due to altitude

I've stayed in this complex (and, I believe, this unit) multiple times. It is well-appointed and spacious. The location is convenient for walking to skiing and anywhere in the village.

Roomy condo in great location.
Had a wonderful stay at this centrally located condo. Never had to use my car, and could get around Breckenridge pretty easily. The property is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen. Loved using the steam shower, or using the hot tub at night to relax before bed. Wifi worked great.

Propery is good
Overall the property is really good. The only downsides are it is on the 3rd floor, and this is no elevator. There is also no equipment storage on the lower level, so you have to carry your gear up 3 flights while in ski boots (or leave them in the car at night) The property is about about a 10 min walk from main street, which is good if you like night life, but requires a 1/3 mil walk to the bus that takes you to the gondoal, that takes you to the mountain. its 30-45 minutes from walking out the door, until you get to the mountian lift, and on weekends is another 15-20 min wait in line.. so from putting boots on, to starting skiing was a hour. And that was not right at open, or close. you CAN ski back to less than a 1/4 mile away from the property, which is nicer than riding the gondolas. Breskenridge in general is not a location friendly resort, regardless of where you stay. At the end of the day, almost everyone has to get on the general to ride back down to parking lots. at least with tis property, at the end of they day you can follow the "lower 4 oclock" run almost back to the property, There is even a sign that says "PARK PLACE" on that trail, so you know where to stop and go towards the property. Thermostats in each bedroom as well as the main area is nice. only used 1 bed, but it was memory foam, and super comfortable.. gas fireplace is more of a comsetic thing, it didnt seem to produce much heat in the room.

Great location
Property is moderate to poor in condition; location is awesome as it is just steps from Main Street. Everything works and the bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The many aged home decor items make the property cluttered - removing them would make the place feel cleaner. Furniture is fine but worn.

Everything about this property, the owners, check in process, location, etc. are great. But, don't expect to fit 8 adults in here (unless you want 3 adults in the king bed). That's my only complaint. Would still recommend.

Great Once We Were In
The property is great and the location is fantastic for easy access to and from the slopes. The unit is on the third floor, so steps are involved. The accommodations are exactly as advertised. My only issue was with the checkin process. It was a debacle! Late check in procedure requires going to the office and picking up a packet with the keys (no electronic access to the unit seems antiquated these days). Our packet was mislabeled and I was lucky to find it among all the packets. Once I had my packet, the keys would not open the unit. I went back to see if my keys were in some other packet. No luck. I notice the keys I had were for a neighboring unit so, so I tried that unit. Keys worked, but unit occupied. All along I’m calling the management company, but they only give you a night service number for maintenance issues. Finally someone from the management company calls and brings me the right keys after I’ve made three trips to the office. Overall, good facility, especially the location, but horrible management was my experience.
