Tupakointi kielletty, iso yksi makuuhuone, kaksi kylpyhuoneistoa tilavalla makuuparvella sijaitsevalla makuuhuoneella sijaitsevat rinteellä. Hiihtää takaoviin Neljän kello-hiihtokeskuksen kautta, hiihtää 200 askelta Lumihiutale-hissiin. Yläkerros ja vain yksi yhteinen seinä tekevät rauhallisesta paikasta (Valitettavasti ei hissiä!).

Laitteessa on lämmitetty autotalli ja yksi ylimääräinen parkkipaikka autotallen edessä. Autotalli on riittävän suuri, jotta se voi helposti pysäköidä tavallisen maastoauton, kuten Ford Explorer.

Suuret ikkunat kaakkoon. Varo auringon nousua Baldy-vuoren yli keittiön pöydältä. Upeat näkymät Baldy-vuorelle suurelta kannelta. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, uudet laitteet. Uusi suuri ylin ruokapöytä, kuusi paikkaa, keraaminen lattia ja tiskit.

Master makuuhuone queen-vuode. Makuuhuoneen ikkuna avautuu Sawmill Creekiin, joka on erittäin rentouttava kesällä / syksyllä.

Takka (uusi kaasu, syksy 2013) ja kylpyhuone kylpyhuone päätasolla. Tilavassa parvella on kolme täysikokoista vuodetta ja parivuode. Toinen kylpyhuone suihkulla parvella. Parvella on myös oma TV ja DVD-soitin.

Vain kahden korttelin päässä Breckenridgen pääkadulta.

Se on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hiljattain uudistetusta kylän ylemmästä uima-altaasta ja porealtaista. Uimurit voivat uida seinän alla ulkopuolelle! Uima-allas on suljettu syyskuun lopusta hiihtoviikonlopun avaamiseen ja hiihtoviikonlopun sulkemiseen muistopäivään saakka.

Huomautuksia lumihiutaleiden nostamisesta ja kello 4: sta:
Lumihiutalehissi on yleensä auki ennen kiitospäivää. Alkukauden lumisateet määräävät, kun kello 4: n ajo on avoinna kerrostaloon. Hiihto lumihiutalehissiin on yleensä auki joulukuun alussa ja huoneistoon joulukuun puoliväliin mennessä.

Great location for skiers
The property was just as described. The upstairs loft is great for kids to have their own area. The garage was a perfect place to store ski equipment so you didn’t have to carry items upstairs. The location of the condo was perfect as it was walking distance to restaurants, a short walk to the Snowflake ski lift, and at the days end you literally ski right to the driveway. Would definitely stay again. And the owners were great, frequently checking in to see how the stay was and quickly responding to help with any concerns!

The property was great. Easy access to snowflake chair lift and walking distance to Main Street. Truly a ski in condo that made having lunch relaxing without the crowds. A welcome surprise was how nice and convenient the heated garage was to get our skis on and off daily. Can’t wait to come back next year.

BEST LOCATION
This property was perfect for what we were looking for. 4 full days of skiing and close enough to walk to downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake lift was a quick 100 yard walk up the road and we were able to ski directly to our front door when done!We would 100% recommend for your next ski trip!

Fantastic Breckenridge getaway
We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. A corner unit with a great set up. It was great to have the heated garage for keeping all the ski gear. It was centrally located to the bottom of the 4’O Clock ski run and the Snowflake chair lift just a short walk away. We also liked that it was in walking distance to town which was great for my husband who doesn’t ski and for us to walk to dinner without having to deal with parking.The unit itself was very spacious but also felt cozy with the fireplace and the great loft for the kids. They liked having a place to hang out after a long day of skiing.There were plenty of towels, dishes and pots and pans for us to use as we cooked in most nights. We really had a great time and hope to come back again.Thanks again,L. Dolan

Clean and close to slopes
Great property, as advertised. Owners were communicative and helpful. Only drawback is pool and hot tub are a bit of a hike off property so be aware of that. Proximity to lift and end of day skiing can’t be beat.

Excellent location, well kept condo
This was the perfect place to stay while we skied at Breckenridge. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Condo was orderly, well set up and clean. Felt like a second home, not just a rental. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Cozy, Charming Condo
My sister and I stayed here the week before Thanksgiving. The condo was exactly as described. Comfy couches for reading and lovely views. The beds were also very comfortable. The hosts’ recommendations on restaurants were excellent. In addition we found good pizza at the Breckenridge Ale House. The garage was really nice. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there and didn’t have to worry about getting it off the car. It was a short walk into town and close to everything. Would def stay again!

Wonderful Place!
I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Also very conveniently located to downtown and just a quick trip on the bus or gondola up to the ski slopes! I'll certainly look for this property on my next trip to Breck!

Perfect location for the week leading up to our daughter’s wedding. We were blocks away from downtown Breck and 8 min from venue! The garage was a huge plus for us as we had a lot to pick up for the wedding and store before we could get to the venue! Suzanne and Jim were very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Location
The location is beautiful and the unit was very clean. We especially liked having a garage to keep our motorcycle gear since it was three flights of stairs up to the unit. When you come from lower elevations it took a few days to get used to climbing the stairs. :) We enjoyed our time in Colorado very much.

Right Place for Perfect Vacation
We give it our highest ranking. Your day starts on a balcony with the sun rising over the Rockies. Cook your own breakfast in a fully stockpiled kitchen. Walk to the ski lift or a short, sweet trail along a creek, or hop in your car for several more trails within half an hour. Downtown is also full of fun and less than 10 minutes away. Great Condo at a Great Location in Breckenridge
It was nice having a dedicated garage space, so there were no parking issues. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the lift (200 steps) was AWESOME!!

Spring Break
We had a great stay for our spring break ski trip. The loft was perfect for our triplet teen boys. The location was great. We walked across the street to the lift and skied right into the parking lot. It was also a quick easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Our hoists were extremely helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Value
This is a great place and excellent value if you are looking for something to just get you close to the mountain and don't mind "bunking in" a bit. The one bedroom is good for 2 people and the loft is good for 3 people. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice. The lifts are just a couple of minutes away and the place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Definitely recommend.
