Tämä kodikas vuoristohuoneisto on lämmin ja kutsuva ja sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla yhden korttelin päässä keskustasta. Lomanviettäjät voivat kävellä yhden korttelin päässä kaupungista nauttiakseen ainutlaatuisista ostosmahdollisuuksista ja hienosta ruokailusta. Kävele korttelin toiseen suuntaan ja olet Snowflake Liftissä. Kuljetus muille hisseille tai gondoleihin nauttiaksesi maailmanluokan rinteistä.

Kannelta on upeat näkymät Mt Baldylle. Poreallas ja uima-allas pidetään koskemattomana ympäri vuoden (vaikkakin joskus sulkeutuu mutakauden aikana ... lokakuu). Siellä on kaksi ulkokylpyä ja yksi sisätiloissa. Sopii erinomaisesti pari tai pieni perhe. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja iso TV.

Olohuoneessa on mukava, laajennettava sohva, jossa on lepotuoli, joka sopii hyvin television katselemiseen suurella näytöllä tai peleihin. Yksikössä on myös kääntyvä sänky ja ilmavuode. Puulämmitteinen takka pitää huoneet mukavina ja lämpiminä (myös keskuslämmitys). Breckin talvi on tunnettu upeista hiihtämistä, mutta kesäaika on lyömätön perheen hauskanpitoa ja upeaa säätä varten. Ota pyöräretkelle tai vaellukselle päällystetyillä tai vuoristopolkuilla ja nauti monista taidenäyttelyistä ja festivaaleista, jotka ovat osa melkein jokaista kesäviikonloppua. Ole säännöllinen tämä huoneisto talvella ja kesällä ja saat alennuksen!

Better than pictures
This condo is literally a 5 minute walk away from anything you need. It's at the bottom of the hill of where the gondola picks you up and if you don't want to walk up, there's a bus stop right there. The interior of the condo is better than the pictures. Very comfortable couch, tempurpedic mattress king size bed and just a very quaint and comfortable place.The unit comes with a parking spot which is clutch and access to the heated pools and 3 hot tubs which makes for a nice place to relax with others after a long day on the slopes. I've stayed at several types of VRBO's, but this one's accuracy was A.

The hosts were great communicators and responded promptly. Nice fireplace. Well appointed kitchen including cocoa and tea and hand warmers!! Just a couple blocks from downtown. The hot tubs weren’t working which was a disappointment. The rest was great. Highly recommend

The condo was great and in a great location. Clean, comfortable, super well-stocked. It was myself, husband, and 2 children. The sectional couch was plenty big enough for the 16 and 11 year olds to share. We spent 2 nights and would definitely stay again.

Cozy stay in Breckenridge
We loved our stay in this cozy condo! It was very conveniently located and walkable to downtown but, since it was a cold and windy weekend, we also loved staying in and relaxing near the fire. The condo was stocked with everything we might need and the heated pool and hot tub were a short walk away. Judi sent us very detailed and helpful tips about the house and things to do in Breckenridge and was very quick to respond if we had any questions. It felt like we were home. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Great place and location
Everything mentioned on the listing is true - great place, great location! Walking to town was great, especially given the busy week we went. Lots of traffic, and we could walk everywhere. Loved all 3 nordic centers (Breckenridge, Gold Run, and Frisco) for cross country skiing!! We did get told that they can't provide wood for the fireplace anymore. We bought it at the store and it worked great with paper to get it started. The property manager's paperwork sent a few days before was great to have!!

Perfect!
I stayed here with a friend and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to snowflake lift each morning and we were a short walk into town. Parking was easy, the condo was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Check-in was simple and Judi provided detailed instructions before arrival. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is THE place to stay if coming to Breckenridge
Judi's property was a home away from home. From the very beginning, she provided detailed and extremely helpful information to us on her property and the local area which helped us tremendously in our preparation. And once we arrived, we found her home was completely and extremely generously outfitted with enough resources and supplies to make bringing a 2yo and 4yo easy. The property is located central to everything, and just has this comfortable I'm-at-home feeling. We'd definitely stay there again if we came to Breckenridge. Thank you Judi!

Can't beat the location
Cannot say enough how responsive the owner was. Second to none. Helped us check in early even though we asked last minute. Place is super comfortable and well appointed, perfect for recovering after long days on the slopes. It has all the equipment to be able to cook and eat in if you want. Could save A lot of money and time vs trying to fight the crowds downtown. But if you decide you do want to brave the crowds you're in walking distance of basically everything.

The location and how nice the property is made this a fantastic experience for us. You can literally ski down to the bus stop and you are back at the property after a short walk. Good Times in Breckenridge
Cozy, convenient Breckenridge bungalow within easy walk of Quicksilver lift and downtown has lots of charm and conveniences. We slept three singles using the bed, sofa/platform bed w/ memory foam topper and air bed. Cooked in four of five nights as well as breakfasts in the well-appointed and very clean kitchen. Bathroom is functional, compact and set apart by a dedicated radiant heater with thermostatic control. Shower is hot and good pressure. A few bobbles on entry were graciously, kindly and efficiently solved with the help of the hosts. Special shout out for parking assistance. Getting to the hot tub is a bit of a hike but the three 8-10 person Jacuzzis are all hot and well jetted. One mixed blessing: the condo is on the second story of a three story building which keeps it cozy and warm but, if you are super noise sensitive, you have upstairs neighbors. I hope I have the opportunity to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Awesome place to stay for a ski trip
The condo was very clean and convenient for a ski trip at Breck. Judi was also very communicative which made check in and out very easy. One thing to note is that the additional sleeping arrangements besides the one bedroom are a couch with a mattress pad and an air mattress. This worked great for two people (one in the bedroom and one on the couch) but may be a tight squeeze for some. The unit is super close to the slopes, very easy to take a bus or 5 minute walk to snow flake lift. If you are renting skis I recommend Charter Sports. They have a store right next to snow flake lift and let you keep your skis and boots there so you don't have to worry about taking them on the bus or 5 minute walk. Overall great location and nice place to stay. Would recommend for a group of 2 or three.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay! The condo is very conveniently located. It is walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants on Main Street. For skiing, there is a shuttle stop right outside the complex or you can walk to snowflake lift. Judi is super responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again

Cozy 1BD condo walking distance from Breck lift (Snowflake) and town with lots of great restaurants.. Easy ski rental right at the lift (Charter Sports at Blue Sky).
