This beautiful, newly renovated, handicapped accessible, 3 bedroom home is the perfect beach getaway for 1 or two families. From the moment you walk through the door, you will instantly feel at home. Tastefully decorated throughout with a mix of old and new, natural light is abundant making the home feel light and pleasant. It features 3 bedrooms, including a first floor master suite with large walk-in shower and king size bed, 2nd master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom upstairs with four twin beds, 2.5 baths, large living room, open, light-filled family room, dining room with seating for 8, full kitchen including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware/dishware, and laundry room. The large deck and yard provide an outdoor entertainment space with a dining set and seating for 8, lounge chairs, fire pit, gas grill, game area, hammock, and outdoor shower for after those long days on the beach.

Start your day by taking a ride! You can access the bike trail at the end of the road! Play games in the yard, like cornhole, badminton, paddle ball, bocce, and croquet or bring one of the many beach chairs down to the Cape Cod Bay, just a short, half-mile walk down to Ellis Landing beach. End your day with dinner on the gas grill and al fresco dining, relax while roasting s'mores over the fire pit, or star gaze while laying in the hammock. Or choose to retire in the sizable living area furnished with reclining massage chairs and enjoy your favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV while the kids watch a movie in the family room.

Find local shopping, restaurants and ice cream treats just a short walk away. Conveniently located and beautifully updated, this Brewster getaway is the perfect spot for your summer vacation. The entire property is very well-maintained, and you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this cute and cozy escape! The primary master suite, which is fully handicapped accessible, includes a king size bed with a Nectar mattress, flatscreen tv, and workstation with computer monitor. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and cozy sitting area to curl up with a good book. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and twin bunkbeds.

Additional perks include driveway parking for a maximum of six cars, a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and window air conditioning units in each bedroom. Linens included. Non-refundable $195 Administrative fee, Clean fee $200, plus applicable state and local taxes. 100% refundable 2 months out, no refunds less than 2 month to rental date.

For safety, there are ring doorbell cameras on the two front doors and a security camera pointed at the back door.

A perfect week in Brewster
This home had everything we needed! We loved the location and the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail where we spent endless hours biking and running. We were a short drive to some of our favorite breakfast and lunch places and were able to walk/bike to Ellis Landing Beach. The house was spotless and the backyard was a quiet oasis.

Fabulous Family getaway
Our stay in this lovely Brewster home was wonderful. The owner was responsive, the house was close to everything, and included all you needed for a beach vacation. It was great to be in a house that included sheets, beach towels and towels to shower. Kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning in bedrooms worked well and back deck is a great place to sit in the evening. I love an outdoor shower, I do wish it was enclosed. :) My young adult children, husband and I would stay again for sure.

Cape Vacation
We had a great time at Joseph’s house! The house was spit spot clean and neat. It included all the items we needed for the week, towels, sheets, and the kitchen was stocked perfectly. We only ate out 2 times. It was the perfect location, right on the bike trail and accessible to beach, dining, and mini golf. Thanks for letting us stay at your property!

When your kids still want to vacation with you!
Great house for our family! We have 3 kids - ages 20-25 plus 2 of their friends and dog. This was a perfect house! They loved Ellis Landing Beach and being able to walk to things. We also liked visiting other towns so location to do this was ideal. We would stay again and recommend others to do so too!

Beautiful Home and Great Location
We truly enjoyed our stay at Joseph’s home. It’s clean and spacious, well stocked with all the necessities and in a perfect location. You can walk to the bay beach, local shops & restaurants. Joseph was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor needs that required the assistance of the property manager, who was responsive and gracious, as well. The outdoor deck has a large table with an umbrella and great for outdoor dining. There’s also a quaint sitting area in the front yard. The neighborhood is quiet and there’s access to the bike trail at the end of the road. There is a laundry room, with a big washer and dryer that allowed us to keep up with our laundry during the week. Another bonus is the open, outdoor shower that helped us clean up after the beach before entering the house.l. Thank you, Joseph, for a great stay!

Beautiful home / Excellent location
Joseph and Pam, were wonderful hosts and they have an beautiful home situated just minutes from Ellis Landing beach, across the street from Ocean Edge Resort and within a few hundred yards of the Cape Cod Rail Biking Trail. The house is spacious and has a nice backyard with outdoor shower and fire pit. We would recommend this home to other guests.

Our family loved staying here for our end-of-summer getaway. Walked to the beach, walked/biked to coffee, smoothies, and the bike trail. Big back deck was perfect for dinner and the yard was the right size hanging out and playing Cornhole. Enough room for all of us inside, too! Loved our time in this wonderful Cape — on the Cape!

Beautiful, well-cared for home in great location!
This is a proper house, not a tired, old cottage like so many other Cape Cod rentals. Amazing location -- walking distance to beach, restaurants, spa, golf, book store, & more. The house is super clean and tastefully decorated. The large, beautiful, backyard has a great deck, new outdoor furniture & grill, and a fire pit. We had a wonderful time & hope to return next summer.

Location! Location! Location!
We stay in Brewster every year and always want to be in a location near the trails and beaches. This home checked both boxes. The bike trail was just down the street you don't even have to go onto the Main Street to get to it. The house was very clean and well equipped! Great back porch and sun room. I would highly recommend it ! Also the communication with the host was wonderful!
