Before your arrival, you will be required to choose between two damage protection options through our third-party provider Truvi. You will receive an email and/or text message to complete this process. The options are as follows:
Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).
Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.
We recommend completing this process before your arrival to ensure a quick and seamless check-in.
Other Things to Note
Age Requirement: Bookings must be made by persons over 21 years of age. Bookings by persons younger will be automatically rejected. If discovered during your stay, you agree to be immediately removed from the premises.
Extended Stays: For stays over 14 days, an additional cleaning fee is required.
Quiet Hours: Weekdays 10 PM - 8 AM, Weekends 11 PM - 8 AM. A nuisance fee applies for breaking this rule to ensure all guests enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay.
