Pay a $500 deposit (refundable if no damage occurs to the property).

Pay a non-refundable $35 fee for the damage waiver.

Guests must be 21 years or older to book. Reservations made by individuals under 21 will be rejected, and those discovered violating this policy during their stay will be asked to vacate immediately.
Extended Stays: Stays over 14 days are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Quiet Hours: Weekdays from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and weekends from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A fee will apply for noise disturbances.
