Enjoy breathtaking views from the enclosed porch, and wake up to the sunrise in one of the two beds located on the porch. The yard consists of a level lawn with a circular driveway and flower garden in the center. The rocky shore provides access to the water via a few rock stairs or a deeper water entry off the ladder on the dock, which can accommodate up to a 15' boat. Spend the days wading in the water or exploring the 40+ miles of boatable waterway between Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River.
