We chose this hotel because it was centrally located right next to the train station. All looked promising when we saw it already from the arriving train. Reception and the lobby looked very modern.
After that, it went downhill fast. The deeper you went the worse it got and the absolute low point was the bathroom. I mean possibly an original from the '80s, with a mouldy tub, shower curtain and a toilet blast from the past. You could not believe to find that in a hotel, that promised so much (not to forget that it's not the cheapest hotel). Also no ventilation in the bathroom so no wonder.
I quickly understood what the low reviews from the bathrooms were all about. In the corridors you could see a corner where some dishes had been collected. On the floor that is. In a 8,4 hotel!
On a positive note, bed was ok and the location absolute banger. However, if you prefer other reasons, avoid at any cost.
