Hotel was excellent location for an early flight. Rooms were clean. Sadly the beds are really hard so it made it difficult to sleep well. The food in the restaurant has plenty of options to choose from, the pizzas we chose were not good and quite expensive. Overall I would stay here again for convenience if the price was low enough.

1 Night Pre Flight Stay

1 Night stay before an early morning flight. Location to Bristol Airport is excellent (very short walk). Only downside is there was not any facility to watch sports on Sky.

Booked months ago and requested a low floor room due to mobility issues, however we were allocated a room on the highest floor and as far from the lift as you could get some check-in staff don't read or care about customer requests.

Overnight stop!

Airport stopover prior to early flight. We have done this many times. Hotel on airport so takes the pain out of a very early start. Staff are excellent and the room etc very clean. Bed a bit hard but no bigge! The food is not great so we no longer have dinner. Prefer a take away. Staff are very helpful. It is expensive for what it is but here it’s location location!

Unfortunate check in

Check in was poor and took upwards of 30 mins because they had charged my guarantee credit card without my authorisation to check in another guest who i didnt know. This caused confusion when i tried to check in 3 hours later as they couldnt find my reservation. They apologised but were not really taking it seriously
