Nestled on over 2 wooded acres in the serene Horseshoe Mountain area, Paws & Reflect offers total privacy and peace. No construction, no road noise—just you, the towering pines, and the wildlife of the Ouachita National Forest. The winding tree-lined roads leading to the cabin set the perfect mood for unplugging and reconnecting with nature (and each other!).

Bring your cars, trucks, boats, and jet skis! Our huge circular driveway has room for everyone and their toys. The first thing you’ll notice when you pull up is the inviting front porch, complete with rocking chairs and an outdoor fireplace—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in.

Once inside, the open concept layout connects the family room, kitchen, and dining area, with high ceilings and exposed beams creating a spacious and cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re watching TV, cozying up by the indoor fireplace, or challenging each other to a game of pool, you’ll feel right at home.

The kitchen? Retro, fun, and fully stocked! With unique roll-up windows to the outdoor dining area, it’s great for whipping up a meal and enjoying an indoor/outdoor experience.

Unlike most Cabins in the Hochatown, our property is personally owned and managed by us, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Sleeping Arrangements:
The primary suite on the main floor boasts a king bed, a cozy gas fireplace, French doors to the front porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower.
Two more king bedrooms are also located on the main floor, sharing a conveniently located full bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find the large bunk room with full/twin bunk beds and a full bathroom—perfect for the kiddos or extra guests!

Outdoor Fun:
Our private deck is a dream! Grill up your favorites on the propane gas grill, dine outdoors, and relax in the hot tub with views of the beautiful backyard. Head down to the fire pit for starry nights and s’mores, or let the little ones explore the creek and backyard games like horseshoes and tetherball.

Tall pines and hardwoods provide an idyllic natural setting, where you’ll often spot deer, squirrels, and other wildlife.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don’t forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.

Amazing Stay!

This house was beautiful! The house is very secluded even though there are a few neighbors nearby. It was super convenient being so close to the state park (it’s on the same road you take to get in!) The kitchen was fully stocked, and had plenty of places to sit and eat. The beds were very comfortable! The host was amazing and answered our questions very quickly. We had an issue with the water, and it was fixed within an hour! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, very relaxing and perfect for our family!

Great family vacation spot

Before we even arrived, we started receiving excellent communication from the property manager. This place is absolutely beautiful and really offers a great getaway. My family of four and our little dog had an absolutely amazing time. The location is only a few minutes from the state park and local eats. We will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful Cabin! Great stay!

My family just completed a wonderful stay at the Paws & Reflect cabin. The cabin is even more beautiful in person! It was decorated for Christmas which was a nice and unexpected surprise. There were 5 of us, and it was the perfect size for spending quality time together while also spacious enough for everyone to retreat to their bedroom for some quiet down time. We had a blast playing at the pool table and making meals together in the large kitchen. The cabin was fully supplied with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like our home away from home. The owner also did a fantastic job in communicating with us from the moment we booked the cabin and throughout the time before our arrival and even at our departure. She provided detailed information that was very helpful in planning for our stay. Also, I have to mention that the cabin was spotlessly clean as well! I highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for quiet and solitude, desire and enjoy quality family time, but you also want the convenience of restaurants and shopping close by. We took advantage of all of that. We had a 5 star stay for sure!:)

Family Time

We loved this property! We were coming from Texas and NE Oklahoma so it was a great middle ground. Hochatown was close enough to grab food but we also had everything we needed to cook at the cabin. The attention to detail by the owner was a nice touch and the communication before and during our stay was fantastic. We’d definitely recommend this property!

Great experience overall!

Cabin was beautiful with LOTS extras! Since it was a holiday time, I did alot of cooking and the kitchen really had every utensil and pan I could ever need! There was a town wide power outage our first night, for about he first 20 hours or so, which was bad but we had 2 propane fireplaces that got us through! Kelli communicated and checked on us very frequently and sent us an awesome gift the next day for braving the weather! Exceptional communication and customer service! We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful cabin getaway!

Relaxing getaway from start to finish. Turtle Time Properties has everything set up for your perfect weekend away! We spent time relaxing - playing board games, pool table, s’mores and the hot tub while on property. Then a short 10 min drive for hiking adventures. We’ll be back!

Pretty Perfect

Everything about our stay and vacation was wonderful. The home and location were primo!!!! The only thing that could be better (as at every VRBO) are better knives. One recommendation would be to add a light to the fan on the back porch, as it was too dark to eat out in the evenings on the beautiful deck. The dishwasher didn’t do the best job and had a pretty stinky smell. Other than those minor things, it was perfect!!!!

We take yearly trips as a group and this is one of the top two placed we have loved. The space is perfect for entertaining larger groups of family and friends. It was clean and had almost everything we needed to have the perfect trip. Fantastic getaway for a girl’s trip!

If you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful setting for a getaway, Paws and Reflect provides it ALL! The three king-size bedrooms downstairs provided just what our girls’ weekend needed - time away from our hectic schedules. We, actually, never used the upstairs, but it is perfect for families with kids. The outside areas are just as peaceful as the inside and are arranged so that multiple people can enjoy whatever they prefer (activity versus coffee or wine time). Restaurants, bars, hiking, parks, and shopping are within a couple of miles and very easy to access. The owner promptly responded to any questions or needs. We can’t wait to return to this well-managed and beautiful cabin!!!

Perfection

Wow what an amazing stay! My mouth hit the floor when we walked into this beautiful cabin. It’s stunning! So here’s some things you need to know. Cabin itself is amazing. The floor plan worked great for us. The kids loved having their own area with the upstairs loft. Around the cabin itself you’ll find table top video games, corn hole, darts, pool table, and even a basketball goal outside. Also outside are swings, firepit, horseshoes, hot tub, and tether ball. Location was great! We went to the state park and found so many fun activities in the area. We didn’t even have time to do it all. House is close to town but so quiet and peaceful. Owner was also amazing to work with! Instructions were emailed and very easy to follow. There was also a binder in the cabin that has all kind of information about the area. It was super helpful! I would 100% recommend staying at Paws and Reflect. You won’t regret it.

Amazing Cabin and Host

Nice and secluded property. The setting was so peaceful. Cabin is decorated really well. It had a great "home" feeling. The cabin is located on the quieter side of Hochatown, which is a huge plus! The old school arcade was a lot of fun for the kids and the adults. We will definitely be back! It was exactly what our family needed.

Our new vacation spot!! So beautiful!

The cabin was spacious and perfect for our family. Having 3 king bedrooms worked perfectly for our family. The kids loved the loft bedroom and the gaming table. The hot tub on the back deck was so peaceful and just the perfect way to end a day of hiking. The location is perfect. There are not a lot of cabins in the area but it is still really close to all the restaurants in town. We loved being able to get to the state park without getting on the high traffic road. The owner was really quick with all communications. We feel like we found our new annual vacation spot.

Great Family Cabin- Fun for the Whole Family

We had the best time at the cabin. We especially loved all the games both indoor and outdoor that were available. The location really is a hidden gem. The cabin is surrounded by mature trees and there are very few other cabins in the area. We were so close to the rivers, and hiking trails in Beaver Bend State Park. It makes a HUGE difference to be on this side of 259. We didn’t have to deal with any traffic. Just peaceful nature everywhere you looked. Kelli is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back for sure!
