3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with covered boat parking and great porches. This house is conveniently located near Umphrey's Pavilion and the Rayburn Country Golf Course.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and private full bathroom. Guest room 1 has a queen bed and guest room 2 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Plenty of space in Living room for a queen air mattress (Provided).

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The gas grill and electric smoker are located on the back porch with outdoor seating. The front porch has seating or 4 and a gas fire pit for your enjoyment.

This 5 year old house is owned by a fisherman and is a perfect setup for an enjoyable weekend or an extended stay. The house offers plenty of room inside and out to prepare your tackle for an enjoyable day on the lake.

TV/DVD player with DIRECTV, WI-FI and games are there for your entertainment. Washer and dryer & linens are included to make your stay more like home.

High school fishing tournament
Our family of five enjoyed staying at Tommy's lake house for my son's fishing tournament. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Our 23' boat fit under the carport with room to spare. Check-in process was a breeze and Tommy was very accommodating. We will be coming back and recommend this beautiful house to anyone ready for a lake getaway.

Excellent Tournament Stay with Covered Parking for Boat
This was a great house that included all of the little things that make a VRBO awesome (salt & pepper, paper towels, ...). It makes me crazy that you sometimes walking into a home with none of those things. The covered parking is great as the whole boat is covered making rigging in the rain a dry endeavor.

Spring Road Trip
Wonderful stay in Rayburn Country area. Stayed approximately one week. Used the house as a base area to conduct personal business in the area along with enjoying a couple rounds of golf at Rayburn Resort. Very well-kept home that met our needs. Do recommend this unit for future rentals.

We came to fish the Big Bass Splash. The house was in a perfect location. Everything was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The house was fully stocked if we forgot anything. The owner was great with communication. The trip turned out great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Loving House. It was clean and comfortable and is in the cutest loop of Rayburn Country. The water is close by, and you have a nice peek-a-boo view from the front porch. We can't wait to come back!

Extremely nice house
We discussed several times how this house would be a perfect place to live, where ever it was. The only issue we had was the steepness of the driveway and stairs all around for one of our folks, wore them out over the course of a few days. This isn't a complaint, just for info if you have someone with walking issues with you.

Awesome stay at Rayburn
My partner and I went up to Rayburn for a family reunion. We had an awesome time and our pupper especially loved his stay. Note: the property is not water front but there are lake views. The lake is a short walk from the house (but on the other side of the street behind some other houses). It was easy to get to, and our dog loved frolicking and then heading back to the house for air conditioned nap time! It was very easy getting into the house even though we arrived late at night. The host was very responsive. 10/10 would rent again!

The Lake House
My 2 Brothers and I and my nephew chose a place to meet every year for a week and fish,. This year we chose Sam Rayburn and the Lake House it was well located for bait tackle shops and some goo restaurants about 15 minutes away in Jasper and we will return in the future.

Idyllic home in the woods
We had an amazing time at this property! The inside had nice interior decorating and was very comfortable. The outside had a grill and a fire pit over which my kids loved roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. All disposables like soap and paper towels were available which made a 4 day get-away that much easier logistically. The only complaint is the upper part of the range which included the microwave did not function at all. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Another happy stay!
This is our second time renting this home over the 4th holiday and once again it lived up to our expectations. the home was perfect to accommodate our older parents, daughter's family (2 Year old and husband), myself and husband. We enjoyed the views, country club entertainment, the neighbors were awesome and so welcoming to the neighborhood festivities. We have made this now an annual tradition. Can't wait to go back! Fun weekend fishing trip
Beautiful home in quaint neighborhood near Lake Sam Rayburn. Plenty of space for our two kids, my parents, my husband and myself. and our dog. Washing machine and dryer available to clean our clothes after spending the day fishing. Plenty of condiments in the fridge. Very nice sized kitchen and cozy family room. My only criticism would be that even through there was patio furniture out back, we could not sit in the chairs because the furniture was not clean. The inside was very well maintained and our host was always responsive to our needs. Would stay there again for sure!

Amazing House, Friendly Neighbors!
The location is great and the neighbors are friendly, Loved the house and the amenities that were there that we may have forgotten about before coming, Amazing view from the porches and living room.
