Make sure you bring anything that you want for comfort, i.e. soap, paper towels, baths, shampoo, con
I actually stated this house before and didn’t know until I got there. They have a lockbox with 10 keys in it and none of the front or middle door. You have to use a back door going into the laundry room that has no air-conditioning or heat. The dryer doesn’t have a hose hooked to exit the room, food was left all over around the microwave. There was spider webs in the shower, it is like this place has not been cleaned in forever. It was very disgusting. This was not the same house that I rented last year as far as cleanliness goes. There was no hygiene there whatsoever, paper towels, napkins, bath, claws, shampoo, conditioner, soap. There were not even sheets on the bed. There was boxes with empty beer cans in the carport.

We believe some one got inside while we were still renting the property because we found some things out of place., And the dryer was not properly instal , Making all the hot hair staying in the laundry room which make it really hot, hot!!,

It was a very nice experience, we felt like home. The only thing it needs are tvs on the bedrooms.
I might return back in the summer and would like to rent it again if available. Thank you very much.
