Great location, great staff

The Alma Grand Place is located in a great place for access to the historic and cultural parts of Brussels. The area is packed with many dining spots as well. The staff is very attentive and professional and adjusted our room location upon noticing my wife’s knee problems. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. Bathrooms were on the small side and the showers in particular were a bit too snug for ease of use but otherwise all was well.

Perfect location, so-so comfort

Location is absolutely amazing. You can walk to any old city attractions in 5-7 minutes. Plenty of restaurants. Grand Place is only 3 minutes away. Royal Art Museums are only about 10-15 minutes walk. But the room was less than average. Shower drain was forever clogged, it wasn't possible to adjust the shower temperature, it was either too cold or too hot, hairdryer was not functional. Bed was ok. Our room was on -1 floor, i.e. in the basement, but we still had a window that was looking into the courtyard with nothing in it, just the wall of the opposite building. But it wasn't expensive and the location was amazing as I said above.

Centrally located and Cozy room.

My stay at the Alma Grand Place hotel was great. The room had an amazing view of the city. The hotel was central to many places to eat and the best part of the stay was the amazing staff. I had the opportunity to connect with Armel which served as my personal connection to city. He was always willing to help make.my stay confortable and great. Through him (night shift) I learned that other great staff were also supportive of my stay during the day such as Chloe and Sarah and Jennie to name a few.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Brussels! The staff arr very friendly and it is walking distance to shops, restaurants, Le Grand Place and the Mannekin de Pis. I loved that we could connect You Tube and Neflix to he TV from our phones! Breakfast had enough options to start the day. A pleasant stay and I would love to stay here again if I return to Brussels.

En pleno centro. vista magnifica.

Estuvimos en el 5to piso y la vista es espectacular.Las personas del counter Sara y Alejandra muy amables y serviciales. La ubicacion excelente. La ducha un poco dificil de manejar y no hay frigobar. Puedes ver netflix y demas si deseas. Desayuno lo basico. Volveriamos a este hotel.

Underwhelmed. Looks better in pictures.

Booked late in the evening for a reasonable price after we found issues with another hotel. Room was a weird layout, split over two floors, damp in the carpet and walls, bathroom in need of update. To be honest wouldn’t stay again as there are nicer places for the same, if not slightly less, price point.
