The hotel is situated in the old neighbourhood of Gare du Midi where the buildings in general in rather untidy and poor condition. Stayed there for two weeks in early April. The room floors where uneven and they leaned to two directions. The sink was in the room, the toilet and shower closet was small and cold. The ventilation was clearly undermeasured leaving the closet and also the room moist. The central heating was off even if the nights were extremely cold, around +5-9 degrees Celsius. Breakfast not included but it cost only 7 Euros. There was bread, croissant, sweet bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, juice and coffee machine. All you can eat, basically. No warm food available.
The vending machine didn't cool the cans/bottles.
