Nice and quiet little city aprox. 1,5 km from Budoni. Perfect for a family with children.
Very nice house. Clean and equipped with everything you need. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, aircondition, and pool outside. Monica answered all our questions quickly and in a polite way. Be careful with the garbage regulations. They are difficult and will cause problems, if they are not followed 100%. Monica fixed our problem, which we appreciated. Beautiful beaches nearby, We went to Porto Cervo to see all the big yachts. Very impressive. A trip to San Teodoro, Port Ottiolu was also very cosy. We went on a boat trip from Port Ottiolu and stopped to see caves and snorkling. Fantastic to see all the fish, turquoise water, and the guy on board was good telling us about the area. Dont forget to bring a long some bread for the fish. We also went to Olbia to do shopping. Not an amazing experience, but we probably went to the wrong place. But lots of shops in the mall and good offers. We also went to a local Italian place to eat, only 1,5 km away from the house. Real Italian style. Only one menu but 11 diffent dishes. 30 euro per person incl. wine, coffe dessert, water. We enjoyed our holiday, and recommend this warmly. We will come back. A car is a must for holiday in this area.

Lovely apartment, great location, wonderful host!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. The check in and check our was easily arranged and very friendly, and Monica provided all of the information we needed despite me being very late in confirming or arrival time etc to her. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, great shower, and lovely outdoor furniture and space. The pool was gorgeous although in May a little chilly for us to use very much! The only thing we thought might be improved was that we found the beds a little hard, even though we like firm mattresses - personal preference I guess. We could not have been made more welcome, from the Sardinian wine and sweets on arrival to Monica helping us find a day tour to La Maddelena islands (highly recommend this trip!). Having such a friendly, warm host was one of our favourite things about staying here. It is perfectly located - close to Olbia airport, close to many beautiful beaches, and a great base for exploring this part of Sardinia. Thanks again Monica!

Tolle Wohnung!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Anlage. Es ist eine perfekte Ferienwohnung! Sie war tiptop sauber, großzügig für vier Personen und alles in der Küche vorhanden, was man so braucht. Der Pool und die Terasse waren gepflegt. Und wir haben viel über die beeindruckende Mülltrennung gelernt ;-) Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, eine Bar und die beste Pizzeria im Umkreis. Wir sind in der zweiten Woche nur noch da hin gegangen. Es war super zentral nach Bodoni (da gibt es alles) und zu vielen Ausflugsorten, da man in einer Minute an der Umgehungsstraße ist. Der nächste Strand ist in drei Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Traumhafte Ferienanlage
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet, auch der Pool und die ganze Anlage ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war sehr nett, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und ein kleines Willkommengeschenk (Danke Monica für die heimischen Spezialitäten :-)) Auch unser Ansprechpartner Marco war immer zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Strand war nicht weit, allerdings braucht man ein Auto.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles, was beschrieben war, vor Ort. Die Wohnung war sauber und ist schön ruhig gelegen. Sie ist vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden, Erstbezug stimmte vielleicht nicht mehr ganz. Aber es war alles gepflegt. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und haben im April schon das super Wetter genießen können. Die Strände im Umkreis sind wunderschön und man hat sie fast für sich alleine. Wasser im Meer und im Pool ist allerdings noch zu kalt zum Baden. Man kann morgens zu Fuß Brötchen holen. Lage der Wohnung, Pool und Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind bestens. Die Pizza Da Daniele im Ort kann nur empfohlen werden, auch zum Abholen der Pizza ins Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Limpiddu. The apartment has a perfect size for a family of 4 and it is all pretty much new and has everything you need. The pool is right in front of the apartment. You share the pool with max. 15 families, however it was never crowded. The communication with Monica / Marco was excellent. We had nothing to complain about, we were just a bit surprised about the recycling policy in Sardinia 😳. The beaches are beautiful and within driving distance of 15 minutes. A big plus was the coffee and pizza place next door and the supermarket. We can highly recommend the place, just the ocean view was missing 😉

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Objekt entschieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden tatsächlich noch übertroffen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an gar nichts und die vor Ort Betreuung war auch sehr angenehm. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Anlage
Wir haben einen angenehmem Urlaub verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Optimal (insbesondere mit Kindern) war der Pool direkt vor der Terrasse. Viele tolle Strände in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung (und die guten Empfehlungen) von Monica und Marco. Besonders schön auch der Willkommensgruß (sardischer Wein, Gebäckstücke aus einer Patisserie aus Budoni, eine Flasche Wasser sowie Milch) . Lieben Dank nochmal dafür.

Trés bien !
Belle location, trés bien équipée, très propre et décorée avec goût. La piscine est belle et trés agréable. Accueil très chaleureux de Monica et sa famille qui sont très disponibles et attentionnés. Toller Urlaub
Sehr gepflegte Apartment Anlage mit großem Pool. Der Supermarkt im Ort hat sehr nettes Personal und biete eine gute Grundversorgung. Und auch die Pizza vom örtlichen Lieferdienst ist sehr lecker. Der Stand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, hat einen großen Parkplatz und ist sehr weitläufig. Auch Anfang August haben wir immer entspannt einen Platz gefunden. Der nahegelegene Ort Budoni bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und abends einen Markt. Wir haben einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub gehabt und können die Anlage absolut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage zu den Stränden Budonis
Sauberes, recht neu eingerichtetes Apartment mit guter Lage zu den Stränden Budonis. Sehr familienfreundlich, der angrenzende Pool wird intensiv genutzt:-) Einen kleinen Makel muss ich leider doch nennen: WLAN kostet extra, das sollte in der heutigen Zeit im Preis inkludiert sein

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Den Strand von Budoni hat man sehr schnell erreicht genauso wie Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Im Ort gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt in dem man alles nötige kaufen kann. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und werden hier bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Marco war auch super.

Sehr schön, sehr gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet und bestens betreut!
Das Appartement ist noch sehr neu, die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Pool gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für alle Fragen und eventuelle Problemchen ist der Verwalter Marco immer sofort greifbar. Wir hatten kurzfristig ein Problem mit der Toilette - dies wurde umgehend gelöst. Die Lage ist günstig, kleine Bar und kleiner Supermarkt von Marco direkt vor Ort. Für Unternehmungen benötigt man das Auto, in wenigen Minuten ist man an den wunderbaren Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Danke!

Rundum glücklich! Tollste Ferienwohnung!!!
Wir waren im August Gäste für 2 Wochen mit unseren 3 Kindern. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, super sauber ( 1+++++ ), toll aufgeteilt, sicher und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und die Matratzen haben eine Art Encasing. Was für ein gutes Gefühl! Wir hatten einen Willkommensgruss auf dem Tisch ( sardinisches Gebäck ) sowie für die Erstversorgung Milch, Wasser, Wein und Bier. Wirklich überaus gastfreundlich und in dieser Form noch nicht erlebt. Unsere Kinder durften im Pool mit den anderen Kids wilder spielen. Niemand war genervt oder hat sich beschwert. Insgesamt herrscht eine ruhige, ausgelassene und sardinientypische Stimmung auf der Anlage. Limpiddu ist ein kleineres Dörfchen, was 1 Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischer Wurst und Brötchen/Ciabatta, 1 Mega leckere Pizzeria und 1 Café besitzt. Alles total bezahlbar. Zum Strand braucht man ein Auto. In der näheren Umgebung folgt 1 Traumstrand dem anderen. Daher ist es ganz normal mit dem Auto zu fahren. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!! Danke Monica und Marco für alles!!! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt wie zu Hause!!! Unsere Kinder wollten nicht mehr weg und es gab wirklich Tränen am Abreisetag! Danke!!!!!!!!

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Ferienunterkunft in Limpiddu ist super ausgestattet und liegt direkt am Pool. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine optimale Größe. Marco hat uns vor Ort perfekt betreut und war immer für alle Fragen offen und verfügbar. Alles in allem haben wir super 14 Tage dort verbracht.

Vacanza da sogno!
Appartamento al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, dotato di ogni Comfort e curato in ogni particolare! Non abbiamo mai trovato una casa così fornita di pentole/stoviglie etc.. e la piscina è splendida! In dotazione anche ombrellone e brandine da portare in spiaggia. Il complesso residenziale è piccolo ed è una vera oasi di pace. Budoni si trova a circa 20 minuti dal porto e aeroporto di Olbia; ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere in breve molte località turistiche, dalla Costa Smeralda a tutta la Gallura con le sua costa meravigliosa disseminata di spiagge incantevoli. Se non ci si vuole muovere, la bellissima spiaggia di Sa Capannizza a c.a. 1 Km offre una sabbia bianca e litorale cristallino, ideale anche per i bambini. Qui si trova sia spiaggia libera che attrezzata e c'è anche la possibilità di godere dell'ombra della bellissima Pineta. Una vacanza da sogno che ci auguriamo di poter ripetere anche il prossimo anno!

Magnificent apartment
The apartment is brand new and has all the necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer. The mattresses of the beds are very good. The pool is wonderful and very clean. In the little vilage of Limpiddu you can find a little supermarket, take-away pizza and bar at only 100 meters from the apartment. At only one kilometer you can find a nice beach with bar and you can eat fresh made pizza. We certainly will come back to this beautiful location.

Tolle Apartment Anlage in Limpidu
Wir haben im Oktober 1 Woche in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung verbracht ! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte genug Platz für Kleidung etc. Der Fernseher bekommt nur 1 deutsches Programm und WLAN funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt ! Bei uns klappte es vielleicht 2 Tage. Marco hatte sich aber sehr darum bemüht das alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war ! Man sitzt sehr schön auf der Terrasse und blickt sofort auf den Pool, der im Oktober leider sehr kalt war ! Überhaupt war die Saison auf Sardinien vorbei. Die meisten Strandcafes waren geschlossen und im allgemeinen war es sehr ruhig auf der Insel. Dafür musste man nirgends lange anstehen und wir hatten keine Parkgebühren, wo im Sommer immer bezahlt werden muss ! Mülltrennung war sehr wichtig, aber auch sehr nervig ! Der Kontakt mit Monica war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und sie hat schnell auf meine Fragen geantwortet ! Ich würde die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen !
