Property was in a nice easy location, close to Niagra Falls. close to shops and many restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool and gym both very clean and comfortable to use. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Overall wonderful stay, would love to go back one day.

The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star on overall rating is because I had reserved a King suite and received a 2 queen bed suite. Apparently, no king suites were available. Despite this small inconvenience, the room was very pleasantly decorated, roomy, and clean.

My family stayed here to visit Niagara Falls. It was close enough for activities. The pool was very nice and breakfast was ok. The room was spacious for the 4 of us and was clean.

When we entered the hotel, in the drawers there were half eaten cookies and wrappers inside. We also saw meat in the fridge throat was left by the people before us. We told the front desk to give us soap and tissues because we didn’t have any left. The next day when we entered at 12:30 am we expected there to be tissues, and soap which was not there. We also needed to shower and saw that they did not give us new clean towels or make the beds. I do not recommend this hotel overall.

Staff was VERY accomodating. They went above and beyond. Also front desk provided complementary hygiene essentials (all you need to do is ask)! I booked 5 rooms and all 5 had no issues; would stay again
