Having stayed at each of the other properties in the immediate vicinity, this property is by far the best. Spacious and clean, with a top-tier staff (they really went out of their way to assist us).

Check in was fast. Had a room key issue but quickly resolved- front desk was very helpful. Enjoyed our breakfast- lots of choices It is hard to find space for 5 in one room and this room felt quite spacious for us all

Stayed with the family. Room was clean and breakfast had a variety of options. We enjoyed the pool. Carpet is dirty but overall we enjoyed our stay. It’s about 30 minutes from Niagara state falls and close to restaurant and shopping.

Great stay for a family with small children. Located near good restaurants and close enough to the falls without having to break the bank! Cons: small swimming pool, the breakfast could offer better options and the double bed rooms bathroom is right in the middle and it does NOT lock!

Our room was over the lobby and across from the elevators. It seemed like the hotel was pretty full but we never noticed any sound from the hallway or lobby. They did a good job with the sound insulation. Overall the place was very clean and the kids enjoyed the pool, I would stay here again.
