Pontoon house is located in one of the best places on the island of Mallorca, just 7 minutes from the city of Palma, Our location is perfect overlooking the Tramontana mountains.

The second floor ( Gronwdfloor) are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large kitchen and dining room, spacious living room. garden, terrace, porch, garage and private pool.
On the 2nd floor we have another room and has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and living room with beautiful views.
In the pool area we have barbecue, bathroom with shower, sun loungers for sunbathing, table with chairs and umbrellas.
It has aminities and everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Palma de Mallorca, designed for families, companies or couples or groups of friends,
you can find nearby a supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bank, bakery and some other stores such as groceries, supermarket, restaurant (all at 1km), beach at 18km, golf course at 2 km, bus stop at 500m, the airport is at 18 km.
