Täydellinen perhelomailu, se tarjoaa suoran pääsyn Appletree Pointin loivaan järvirantaan, joka on turvallinen ja ystävällinen kaiken ikäisille lapsille. Lähellä on monia aktiviteetteja - tennis, pyöräily, veneily ja vaellus.

Sinut lumota upeat näkymät järvelle ja vuorille ylisuuressa perhehuoneessa, jossa on 12 lineaarista jalkaa ikkunoita, viihtyisä TV / viihdehuone, 25 jalkaa pitkä ruokasali, jossa on puulämmitteinen takka, lasitettu suljettu aurinkoterassi. yhdessä avoimen modernin keittiön, neljän makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuoneen kanssa toisessa kerroksessa majoituksen kanssa valmiissa kellarissa 6 hengelle kahdessa makuuhuoneessa, joissa kylpyhuone. Kotimme sijaitsee suunnitellun Strathmore-nimisen naapuruston vieressä Appletree-lahdella vain muutaman minuutin päässä Burlingtonista, VT. Appletree Bayllä on vertaansa vailla pääsy puistoihin, pyöräilyyn, venevuokraukseen ja harrasteisiin, tennis, lastenpuisto ja Burlingtonin vilkas keskusta. Burlingtonin kuuluisalle 14 mailin "Island Line" -pyöräreitille pääsee 0. 5 mailin päässä tästä kodista ja se yhdistyy Burlingtonin ranta-alueen eteläpuolelta Grand Isleen (pohjoiseen) kulkuväylän kautta, joka kulkee 3 mailia järven yli. Polku sisältää 200 metrin lauttamatkan "Colchester Cutin" yli päästäksesi Grand Islelle.

Well appointed, clean and spacious
Our family spent a long weekend at this clean, well designed and furnished three story house. There were eleven of us, ranging from 3years old to grand-parents. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of manual/electrical cooking tools and decorative place settings. The very large dining room table accommodated all of us easily. Bathrooms are very clean and there were plenty of towels. Comfortable beds for all, soft bed linens. Large rooms for children to play/watch television, for adults to chat undisturbed. Flocks of Canada geese on the beach to the delight of the little ones! The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to provide information. This house was perfect for our family and we certainly would not hesitate to return. Thank you.

Perfect for big family
Everything was great with this property. Exactly as listed, if not better. We had a large family get together for a few days and this property was perfect with lots of space. Great views, easy access to the bike path, and plenty of recreational opportunities. Susan was easy to access. We would love to return to the house again in the future!

Just perfect!
We chose wisely! This lovely home was perfect for our group of 12. The location was amazing, right on the lake with a great beach that gave us wonderful views and sunsets. The kitchen was well equipped and the large dining table held us all comfortably. We all loved the proximity to the bike path and the great city of Burlington. You will not be disappointed with this lovely home!

Idyllic lakeside getaway with nearby city convenience!
Perhaps a new listing to VRBO, but this house is crushing it! Great for larger family gatherings, this perfectly appointed and tastefully furnished home is located right on the lake and so close to downtown Burlington, Vermont. We enjoyed the lakefront with a beautiful grill, kayaks and paddle boards and then hopped on bicycles provided by our host and peddled our way down to Burlington for lunch. This VRBO is a gem and you can’t find many like it lakeside in the Burlington area! We can’t wait to go again next year! Thank you Susan!

Perfect Gathering Place for Family
The Appletree Point house was beautiful and perfect for family gathering for first grandchild wedding. Owner was attentive and responsive when plumbing glitch happened. Perfectly furnished, great beds; many ways to enjoy our beautiful Lake Champlain.

Wonderful Home and a Great Location!
We rented the home to accommodate family during who came to Burlington to attend our daughters graduation. The size and layout of the home was perfect, giving everyone a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The two sun rooms facing the lake are hard to leave and the views of the lake are spectacular. Graduation Destination
Our family members (grandparents, aunts & uncles and cousins) enjoyed their stay very much. This was the perfect place to celebrate our son's graduation. The house has a great layout giving everyone plenty of room to socialize, read, play games or just watch the clouds. What a wonderful view - didn't matter if it was sunny or stormy! Glad we chose this house. Thanks for letting us stay there.

Ideal location, beautiful home, every convenience thought of!
We enjoyed this property for a family getaway over Easter! The house was spotless and spacious and nicely decorated. Can't beat the location as it is set right on Lake Champlain but only minutes from downtown Burlington. Windows galore, it was easy to enjoy the mountain and lake views. The house was well stocked with kitchen amenities and plenty of linens, blankets and the like. A nice assortment of games and nice gathering areas as well. Too early in the season to take advantage of the kayaks or paddle boards but we enjoyed using the grill and hanging out in the adirondack chairs. check in/out was seamless, owner was very responsive to questions. An awesome home for our family to gather!

Fantastic house with amazing views
The house was huge with plenty of room for all. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Great island in the kitchen, large dining room, plus a gigantic family room, and back porch. Right on the water with fantastic views of the lake from indoors and out. Short ride to downtown Burlington with tons of food and activities. Would definitely return.

Beautiful home with amazing views. Spacious and modern. Accommodates a large group.
This home has a "wow" factor when you walk in. Everything is beautifully furnished, modern and well-equipped, but you won't want to leave the large sitting room with enormous windows overlooking the lake and mountains beyond. The view is fantastic. We were a group of 8 in total- 2 families, and there was room to spare. The house is very comfortable, and we were quite happy eating meals at home, rather than going out. The location is just on the north side of Burlington, and close to downtown, UVM and so much more. We walked miles on the Greeneay, easily accessed from the house, and then returned for a glass of wine and that splendid view. It's a delightful home.

This lake front property is located in a great spot with fantastic views of Lake Champlain, easy access to downtown Burlington and plenty of room for guests. The house is in great shape and Susan, the owner, was super accommodating throughout the process. 10/10 will rent again.

Perfectly placed and well maintained
The home is perfectly placed on the shores of Lake Champlain. The house is well set up for two families--we stayed in the three basement rooms while the other family had the upstairs. The back porches look over a beautiful shoreline where you can catch the sunrise. Less than a block away from the front door is a large park with tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, and a playground. The Burlington Bike Path is a quarter mile away (if that). We loved staying here and would highly recommend. We hope to return!

Comfortable home in lovely location
Great house for a large group in a quiet neighborhood in North Burlington. There was a little hiccup with the cleaning lady, but Susan reached out straight away and took care of it. Other than that, we had a lovely weekend. The views from the the family room are beautiful, we spent a lot of time in that room. Plenty of room for everyone to hangout together. Easy trip into downtown Burlington. If it was a nicer weekend, I am sure we would have taken out the kayaks, perhaps we need to come back in the summer?

Beautiful house in a great location
This is a four bedroom house with three more bedrooms in the basement so if you need lots of room, this is the house for you. It is right on the beach which allowed for some nice walks with the dogs along the beach and of course beautiful views. We were here in October so no water activity for us, but it would be amazing in the summer. The location is an easy drive to downtown Burlington for the farmers' market, restaurants, etc. What a great house in a fun town.
