The property itself is beautiful and well stocked (hairdryers, blender, regular coffee pot + Keruig). Its was”lake clean” but not clean clean- baseboards, and cob webs on the ceilings specifically. It is a bit musty in the white house and bunk room. There are lots of stairs. In the main house, there is a master on the top floor, a quest with ensuite and half bath on the main floor and in the basement, a bunk room with an exterior door. There were only two adults so this worked out for us but if you were counting on all the beds to justify the rate, know that littles should probably not be alone down there, it was very cave like and there is no bathroom. The shower in the queen on the main floor is to serve all those beds I think and it is small and not super clean, at least on our stay. We peeked in but didn’t use the whitehouse. Its a typical older two bedroom with fresh paint. It actually appeared cleaner than the main house but the mold smell was too much for us to use and we didn’t need both houses. Management is very responsive and great. The whole main house needs new blinds. The cameras are only outside but since the whole house is glass, you feel very watched. The neighborhood surrounding the property is sketch. Overall, if you had a huge group and were going to spend the bulk of your time outside and split the cost, this property is worth looking at. I wouldn’t consider the interior of the houses high end at all though so I think there is nicer out there in this price range.
