Flutes Escape, joka sijaitsee eksklusiivisella Flutes / Brookland Valley Vineyard -omistuksessa, Caves Road, Wilyabrup.

Sydämessä kuuluisan Margaret Riverin viinialueen keskellä välillä Yallingup Beach ja Margaret River townsite.

Flutes Escape koostuu kolmesta ylellisestä yksityisasunnosta, jotka on suunniteltu käytettäväksi erikseen kahdelle tai neljälle henkilölle tai jotka yhdistetään tarpeidesi mukaan jopa kymmenen henkilöä varten viiden makuuhuoneen luksusta.

Central-sviitti - Cabernet - koostuu kahdesta king-makuuhuoneesta, joissa on ylellinen kylpyhuone (yksi kylpylä), täysin moderni keittiö, ruokailuhuone, oleskelutila, takka, pesula, valtava parveke BBQ-asetuksella kymmenen, idea viihdyttävä.

Jokainen Shiraz- ja Chardonnay-sviiteistä koostuu king-vuodeista, olohuoneesta, tv: stä, jääkaapista, mikroaaltouunista, Nespresso-kahvinkeittimestä, erillisestä parvekkeellisesta oma Weber-BBQ: n ja keittotilat.

Flutes Escape tarjoaa 3 sviittiä, joista voi valita tai voidaan varata kokonaisuudessaan - ESCAPE.

UNIT 2 - CHARDONNAY
Tämä on meidän 1 makuuhuoneen sviitti, joka on sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja nukkuu 2, ja siinä on spa. Jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni tarjotaan myös parvekkeella BBQ-laitteella.

UNIT 1 - SHIRAZ
Shiraz koostuu 2 makuuhuonetta, ja 1 makuuhuone on sisustettu king size-vuode. Toisessa huoneessa on kaksi yhden hengen vuodetta, jotka voidaan liittää 1 king-vuoteeksi. Shiraz nukkuu 4. Pieni olohuone, jossa on jääkaappi ja mikroaaltouuni, on myös tarjolla parvekkeella varustettu BBQ.

UNIT 3 - CABERNET
Cabernet-vaihtoehto sisältää 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on king size -vuoteet - nukkuminen 4. Ne ovat erillisiä sviittejä, joissa on yksi sviitti, johon kuuluu kylpylä ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Täydellinen keittiö on käytettävissäsi ulkotiloissa ja BBQ: llä.

UNIT 1, 2 & 3 - ESCAPE
Kaikki 3 sviittiä, 5 makuuhuonetta (5 king-vuode tai 4 kuningas ja 2 singleä). Vuodepaikkoja 10.

Juhlapyhät, mukaan lukien pitkät viikonloput, pääsiäinen, joulu ja uudenvuoden viikko - vain koko talon varaukset (10 ppl) - erikoishinta 900 dollaria per yö + admin-maksu + HomeAway-maksu.

ERIKOISTARJOUS - Yövy 4 yötä, maksa 3 yötä. Koko talo varaukset (10ppl). Hinta perustuu 850 dollaria per yö sesongin 900 dollaria per yö sesonkiaika, sekä admin ja HomeAway maksuja.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ribbon Vale Estate. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Every thing one needs. Privacy and comfort.
A great place for 10 adults aged over 70. Well appointed kitchen. Everyone slept well as the beds are first class and it’s very quiet. The house was warm and well supplied with tea coffee etc.

The property suited our needs very well. However the floors were dirty made our bare feet dirty. We had a crawling baby who got dirty on the floor. The travel cot seemed to have a missing mattress so we had to make do with a makeshift mattress with towels. A fan in one of the bedrooms was not operating as it should and when we rang Carolyn about this she thought we were incorrect but sent the maintenance man around anyway. He could not attend until the following day and when he tested the fan to change it from winter mode to summer he stopped the fan working altogether and said it was an wiring problem and required replacing. Then when I went to turn lights on in that same area later that day they were not working either. We assumed the fan had tripped the switch so we checked the powerboard and sure enough it had tripped. We fixed the problem and we got the power working again. When we first arrived we had ants and one very large spider in the house but were happy to deal with those ourselves as we knew rain was imminent and we were surrounded by bush. Other than that we enjoyed staying in the house. Thank you

Great location, big rooms and lots of space. We loved the property. However the "small things" that really got under our skin were as follows: 1. Terrible connectivity - cannot watch live stream tv (Kayo, etc) and we spent the entire week hotspotting from my cellphone. If this connectivity issue was noted in the Property Review I'd probably not have booked. The smaller tv in the Shiraz room really does need an upgrade. The larger tv in the main area cannot get normal terrestial tv! 2. Glasses - the house desperately needs some bigger glasses as the only "water" glasses in there are tiny. Seems cheap and simple to solve. 3. Front deck had leaves everywhere - not swept - and the bifolding door on the one side was broken so did not open. 4. Washing machine was broken and was not replaced during our week-long stay. 5. Would be great to have a fan in the main (Shiraz) bedroom as it is either aircon or nothing. Ditto main open plan area. 6. Only nine chairs at dining table but we booked for 10 persons - not sure if a chair was broken or lost before us somehow. 7. A number of the pots do not work on the convection oven - makes it harder to cook using only the few that do! 8. The furniture on the deck is not amenable for 10 persons staying there, all wanting to sit and chat outside at same time! It can seat only 4 - be nice to have a better (more comfortable!) outdoor furniture that can allow for better seating outside. This is intended as constructive feedback to the managers and owners of the property as it does not seem hard to fix these above to make the stay more enjoyable. I was in communication with property managers who were generally helpful but do not understand the connectivity issue as they repeatedly were trying to add bandwidth, which was not the issue.

Perfect getaway for small group. Plenty of room for everyone and really well equiped. Beautiful location in the bush but walkable to Flutes Restaurant and Brookland Valley Cellar Door. 5 star accommodation and facilities.

In need of maintenance
As an exclusive property we were disappointed with the amount of maintenance that needed to be done to the property. Fly wire was ripped sliding door aluminium frames were falling apart, decking needed resealing. Barbecue hadn’t been cleaned but the location was great.

We were very impressed with our accommodation. The separate wings worked well as there were four families on our holiday. Rooms were spacious and family area was great for getting together out of the cold weather. Very cosy. Would definitely use this accommodation again.
