Ola muito simples, banheiro vazando agua, chuveiro horrivel, porta quebrada, banheiro em geral horrivel. Campainha nao funcionando e ficamos por horas esperando. Maria que nos atendeu muito atenciosa. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso e bem servido. Só precisam melhorar o quarto e banheiro.

Bom custo benefício

Foi bom, tendo em vista o custo benefício. Algumas coisas precisam de olhar mais de manutenção. As fotos apresentadas no anúncio do Hotel.com são meramente ilustrativas. Muitas coisas fogem da atual realidade da pousada. Mas no geral foi boa a estadia. Toda a equipe que gerencia a pousa são muito atenciosos e prestativos.

hotel bom, vizinho pessimo

infelizmente nao concretizamos a estadia devido a casa vizinha utilizando som altíssimo desde o período da tarde ate a madrugada. Soube que a dona da casa é proprietária da pousada que arrendou o estabelecimento. Demonstrou não ter o menor respeito por nada nem por ninguém. As recepcionistas nos receberem muito bem e estavam visivelmente constrangidas com a situação. Foi tao insuportavel que deixei a pousada com minha família no meio da madrugada. Lamentavel

super relacao custo x beneficio!! a pousada fica no meio das principais praias de Buzios e tem um cafe da manha excelente e a cordialidade e nota 10 unico ponto negativo foi o chuveiro eletrico um pouco frio com pouca agua...

Naonhouve a estadia porque não fizeram minha reserva conforme combinado e de acordo com o hoteis.com e a pousada. Infelizmente fiquei muito chateada de pós de imã viagem cansativa não encontrar minha reserva. Liguei várias vezes para hotéis.com sem sucesso.
