Great room overlooking the river. Service was great. I had the best eye fillet steak at the restaurant downstairs. The glass door to get into the pool area I found difficult to open as I am short.

Lake view was amazing Room was clean only one think I didn’t like was the bedroom had a divider to the bathroom where you can open it up I found this as a privacy issue even though you can close it I had to turn shower on to go to the toilet haha so the other people can’t hear me lol Bathroom was big and spacious extremely clean with good value toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and lotion The shower area had a nice big rain shower head but I wish it also had where you can hold the shower head by hand Had a great time food was good at the restaurant down stairs reasonably priced Will return for sure 👍

Great place to stay. Room was clean and tidy with nice views of the river. Staff are wonderful, and went the extra mile to organise an extra nights stay on short notice during peak summer season. Would happily stay here again.

Reception is two steps away from the bar which was hosting an event. It was very difficult to communicate with the receptionist despite her best efforts. If I was her I would contacting Fair Work to see if her employment conditions are legal. She will suffer industrial deafness at some stage in the future. Ramada - you have goos staff, look after them.
