2-bedroom vacation home just 10 minutes from Harrison Park

Beautifully decorated and unique 3100 sq ft newly constructed home located on 10 wooded acres. It features 600' of river frontage on the Muskegon River with easy access, Groomed ATV/snowmobile trails 800ft from the front door, and a beautiful view of the river from a 16x24 deck, and woods with the many large windows and open floor plan. All knotty pine interior with rustic wood furnishings, mounts, and unique decor. It features radiant floor heat, a 10 x 70 covered porch, and is equipped with a whole house generac generator. Can sleep up to 14 with 2 full baths. The master bathroom features a jetted tub. The kitchen includes a popcorn maker for movie nights.

Entire house on first floor is ADA accessible. Loft has staircase .

Other things to note:
8 Kayaks, and 2 canoes, furnished for summertime; trailer available for transporting kayaks/canoes. Fishing at the riverside of home. There is an ATV/snowmobile rental place 2 miles from the home. A local fishing guide is available upon request.

Unique Cabin Near Trails
This place is very cute with lots of space to sleep. There is so much decor and care that has gone into the home that your eyes wander constantly! There is only one shower, but a huge jet tub inthe master and two rooms that are private. The loft area is really neat with a space to chill and watch TV and would be a great teen hangout spot. It was a great place to stay warm for a couples weekend away in the woods.

Beautiful large house
We all really like the place and will definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say somewhat negative is the place didn’t have air conditioning probably isn’t a big deal most of the time but the first night we were there it was a little hot.

Rustic paradise for the 21st century travelers
Beautifully done log cabin paradise. Located in a peaceful patch beautiful trees, the striking pictures on this listing speak minimally on the beautiful detail this home has to offer. Wildlife greets you upon arrival with a personal escort of three well fed turkeys. Upon entry, the enormity of craftsmanship and decor in this phenomenal home. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, silverware and everything else needed to feed a large gathering. The decor brings the environment into the home with multiple woodland creatures beautifully displayed in the home. Additionally if the impeccably clean home with all of its beautiful finishing touches and well thought out decor wasn't enough, the view from the second floor overlooking the river and trees should put any traveler at ease. We cannot believe our luck on coming across this beautiful home. It quickly gained a definite fan in our suburbanite family. The only thing to be mindful of for the traveling population looking for a fantastic retreat in this area is telephone cell service. Cell phones and cell service take a back seat to this retreat. Any telephone calls may need to take a number while you are enjoying the wonders this place offers. The internet provided in your reservation is fast, works well, and will allow multiple people with the speed needed to conduct any tasks needed.

Perfect Getaway
We had a fantastic time staying at the cabin! The cabin was very clean and had plenty to do. It was a great place to unplug and just relax. The owner was very attentive and you can tell he has put time into making his cabin great for guests. The new addition of the back deck will be so peaceful and will have a great view! The cabins surrounded by tons of trails! The river was nice an close for the kids to fish from and the porch was perfect for when the weather wasn’t the greatest. Our only complaint is out of the owners control, and it was that we found many ticks on us and our kids from playing outside. Granted we are not a fan of ticks but we signed up to hangout in the woods so it was completely expected. However even with the ticks, we had a great time and would absolutely return again!

Off the grid
Great way to get away. After initial shock of minimal phone service and no internet, it was a great family vacation. The house has a definite "cabin" feel but it has almost everything you need. It was extremely hot and humid the week we were there and there was not air conditioning, as advertised, and it was very hot in the house, especially the loft, but overall we had a great time.

Great Cabin in the Woods
Darrell’s house is a great cabin in the woods to get away with the family. The lack of internet was a little jarring at first but you quickly learn to enjoy hanging out with family or curling up with a book.

We had a great stay. My whole family gathered together under the same roof was amazing! This home was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of soace. Never felt crowded. Everything was provided but our food. I would recommend this place to others without a second thought. Darrell was very attentive to any concerns we had.

Love the openness of the house and the decor is beautiful. So much room! Close to Happy Trails Rentals where we rented razors and was such a blast! Had a great long weekend.
