A perfect location to go everywhere. Walkable. Surrounding by a lot of restaurants and we love the complimentary bicycles so we rode all the amazing area very safe.

Everything was good! Able to use Airplay, Netflix! Except the fruits bar @ breakfast, gave us tummy upset & diarrhoea. All staffs are very nice very kind. Including the front line-counter and the restaurant staff! We extended few more days for the stay.

Pros: Great location and clean property. Cons: A majority of the time staff didn’t pick up the phone. Coffee machine didn’t work, they said they will replace and did not. No coffee in the building or common area either.

It was a nice room although we were given a disabled room. Lack of shelves in bathroom and cups and glasses very low down in a cupboard. It was difficult to reach for an abled body. It would be difficult for a disabled person to reach.

Great accommodation in a good location around the corner from the main Esplanade. We stayed in an apartment which had everything you could need including laundry, kitchen with double fridge. The bedrooms are very small but with a seperate lounge area, this was fine. The only issue was that the ensuite shower had no hot water, even after running it for 10 min but there was a second bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment, so we just used the other shower.

Funky and comfortable
Love Crystalbrook properties. This was my first stay at the Bailey. It was very nice, funky. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and has great food. Rooms aren’t very large but very trendy and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was modern and clean.
